I bought my new home from Blundells Estate Agents and they were absolutely outstanding. I was accompanied for my viewings by Sharon, who was knowledgable about the area and the properties. My transaction was handled by Will, and he was exceptional. Will accompanied my second and final viewings and kept in touch throughout the purchasing process. I was grateful to have the same contact point with support from Katy and other members of the team. I thoroughly recommend Blundells Gleadless - a really thoughtful and professional company.

2.5 stars.<br>Emily probably did the best she could with what was (for us) a difficult and lengthy (nearly 9 month) process. She didn’t always keep us updated, unless we reached out. When we did, it wasn’t always clear what was happening and there was some miscommunication. However, I’m not sure the entire chain communicated properly with her. Lisa was very friendly and warm whenever I spoke to her.

We were more than happy with the service we received from Blundells at Crystal Peaks. In particular Millie Aziz was a star! Everyone did great work in promoting the property. But Millie stood out with her commitment to securing us potential clients. But most of all she helped me negotiate my way through the ups and downs of selling the property. She helped me manage the emotional rollercoaster by being eternally cheerful! And my goodness that is an essential quality. Enthusiasm makes everything seem possible and Millie has that in abundance.

AVOID AT ALL COSTS. If I could give minus stars I would. Communication is awful, constantly chasing, promised calls back then hear nothing. Impossible to get hold of them, including trying to ring 16 times to find out if our offer had even been accepted. Got basic things wrong when buying our house including our offer amount. Buying a house is stressful enough without having to repeatedly chase the estate agents. I would absolutely not recommend them and would strongly advise anyone considering using them to look elsewhere.

Amelia has been brilliant from start to finish. Nothing was ever too much trouble, and she was always happy to help with any questions or concerns I had. She is so friendly, warm and approachable, which made what can be a very stressful process much easier. Her communication was excellent throughout, and I always felt supported and kept updated. Thank you, Amelia, for all your hard work – I really appreciate everything you’ve done!

Booked a viewing with Nyasha Mauchaza for yesterday at 16:45pm, and we confirmed this in the morning. During my work day, Nyasha texted to tell me she had double booked the viewing and I had to come earlier. She was very passive aggressive and rude about it. There was no apology or acknowledgement of her own mistake or the massive inconvenience this was for me as I work quite far away from the house and had planned my day around that specific time. I got an uber to get to the property and she didn't bother showing up or contacting me. I've also just seen her name pop up negatively in some reviews and that doesn't surprise me. If this is the caliber of staff at blundells, then the company is full of people with bad character and zero professionalism.
