I cannot recommend Blundells highly enough. From the very start of renting our home Molly and Michelle have been there to take us through the process and gave impeccable service answering any questions within 24 hours. They have been honest , respectful and dedicated making the decision to rent our family home a lot easier! a great team! Thank you very much!

Just let my property through Blundells Chesterfield. Daisy and Michelle were fantastic - very easy to communicate with, fast at responding, nothing was too much trouble. Would definitely use again!

Booked a viewing with Nyasha Mauchaza for yesterday at 16:45pm, and we confirmed this in the morning. During my work day, Nyasha texted to tell me she had double booked the viewing and I had to come earlier. She was very passive aggressive and rude about it. There was no apology or acknowledgement of her own mistake or the massive inconvenience this was for me as I work quite far away from the house and had planned my day around that specific time. I got an uber to get to the property and she didn't bother showing up or contacting me. I've also just seen her name pop up negatively in some reviews and that doesn't surprise me. If this is the caliber of staff at blundells, then the company is full of people with bad character and zero professionalism.

We had a valuation done on our home. I was very impressed by the professionalism of the valuer. The packages blundells had available sounded great. Unfortunately we decided not to sell our house. However we have still decided to use blundells for our mortgage. Micheal has been extremely helpful and factual and patient when it has come to us making our decisions. The lady who helped arrange the valuation I think her name was sarah? She was also lovely to speak to. If we do decide to sell in future, we will be using blundells.

Can totally recommend Blundells as a letting agent. Charlie Gale has overseen the letting process of our rental property with total professionalism. Nothing was ever to much trouble for her and any queries were dealt with straight away. The property was tenanted within the first few days of viewings. Thank you Charlie ?????
