Went for a viewing agreed with an agent at bradford properties, but then next day started taking more viewing and up the rent and now got back to me saying the landlord has found a family who is paying more rent?
If the landlord could find his own tenant he wouldnt use you guys to put the property on the market ? More like you guys are trying to raise another 25 quid on rent a month. Cowboys! stay well away they just trying to barter for more rent out of all there viewings.

Bradford properties managed my property for the past 3 years. They have done an excellent job.
I get regular photo updates so I know my house is in safe hands.
During the recent lock down they managed to arrange a gas engineer to do a safety check on the boiler. I am very impressed that they can still work very efficiently even throughout a very difficult lock down.
Bradford properties always ensure that the rent is sent to me on time every month. They work like clockwork. Many times I have contacted the owner of the business during out of hours and rest assured he has always been very helpful.
I have had the best property management experience with Bradford properties.
Simply the best!

I agree with the bad reviews these are cowboys they promise you the world of getting your problems sorted but do nothing! False promises only after your money please read these comments carefully about this agent. Beware of Hasib he has currently been denying all claims against bad lodgers. They make endless excuses and then Hasib claims he's been to do Umrah what a joke you should be ashamed of yourself with your behaviour lying about sorting problems lodgers. And please don't respond to these reviews by saying 'I'm sorry I think you've got the wrong agent' because hello we have the right agent there is only one bradford properties on Leeds road and that's you! Everyone Please do not let your property to these dodgy people.

tried charging me £200 reference check/credit check and registration fee but I told them no and I walked. BEWARE they don't tell you untill last minute!!!!!

Estate agents not calling back
We have put in an offer on a house but Bradford Properties haven't called back despite chasing them up 5 times. it was the same when I wanted to view the property it took 3 weeks and I had to call them 6 times before they made an appointment.

I'm a landlord who made a bad decision to trust bradford properties, it took them 7 weeks to let my property and took 10% plus carried out work without telling me. Every month I was expecting to be paid on the 1st but never got paid untill the middle of the month, I felt that I was beg them for my money. The tenant left and I gave my house to Manzil Property few doors down mashallah they are more honest, professional and reliable.

I have tried contacting the agent through Zoopla 3 days ago and has not bothered to get back to me at all.... don’t waste your time on such estate agent! The review previous given they treat tenants badly shows a lot... AVOID AT ALL COSTS!

Renting of these cowboy is the worst experience of me and my family's life,
Went on zoopla and seen property that look descent, seen it and it was ok, very charming owner waj/wajid, he said that their notting wrong with the house etc, so I decided to rent it, as soon as I moved in toilet would flush, attic roof leaking both side, damp, draf from window and every time I told him he did not do anything, only when it was time to pay the rent then he would send someone on that day to have look, I had to get Bradford housing standards involved, paid him 200 registration fee, bond & month advance rent. He never returned the bond. I would not recommended anyone to get a property from him because he will not provide you with a minimum service.

THE WORST ESTATE AGENT I HAVE EVER DEALT WITH!..
Unhelpful, Very dishonest and misleading. Do not have your best interest at heart. Bradford properties are the reason estate agents have a bad name. If you are a tenant go elsewhere to find a property as there is plenty of other estate agents in Bradford.

waited 3 weeks for the boiler to get repaired and when I moved out they never returned the bond and they don't legal bond scheme. new staff every 2 month and very rude and dishonest people

if it was possible to give 0 stars I would. unbelievably unprofessional. unresponsive. a total bunch of cowboys rude ones at that.property's are in disrepair and not a thing done to fix until threatened with council. a joke stay well away for your sanity!!!

Do not make the same mistake as me and rent a property from Bradford property because all their property are rubbish and I know because I first saw a property what was clean/freshly painted and when I moved in I the property had problem which I told him and he did not do anything to fix it. I had to get council involved.
