I found Bradleys Estate Agents team in Paignton, Devon, friendly & professional.
It took 14 months to sell my Bungalow, which is quite along time, but knowing that the current market played a huge part in that delay.
My only criticism I felt was Bradleys could have been more proactive.Contacting me at different periods, to suggest dropping the asking price.
I found myself contacting them and asking them to reduce the price.
Debbie the Manager was very professional and Lorraine Bishop was excellent.
As we entered the final stages of the selling process, Lorraine as promised kept me informed on a daily basis of what was happening, which really was very much appreciated.

What an amazing team.
This was my first experience selling a house and I couldn't of asked for a more friendly professional team to guide me through the process.
Sophie, darbo and Debie, you're all fantastic and an absolute joy to communicate with.
I wanted to sell my house as quickly as possible, and when delays started coming (from buyers side) they went on for a long time, but you guys handled those situations fantasticly, making me feel assured it was all ok, giving me a lot of calls to update the progress of the sale.

We were on the market with another local estate agents for nearly 13 months this and had no luck and the communication lines were none existent. Debbie came out from Bradley’s to talk us through what they offered and as we had previously brought through the same branch we decided to go to market with Bradley’s. We Visited the Paignton office with a kind of urgent request. We hope to move to the Torquay area from the east midlands. Sophie Burnell welcomed us and started the steps of applying for a property. Because the property was in Torquay She had to forward our case. 2 days later we went to the Torquay office on a Saturday and Harmony already knew about our unique case and squeezed us in for a viewing and started the referencing on Monday! Based on a regular turtle speed renting and estate management process These 2 ladies are bending backwards for us!! Which gave us an even stronger positive feeling, that We do have to move to the area!

Was unfairly treated. David the estate agent didn’t know a single thing about the property we viewed today. Was very rude in person and very rude over the phone. We had travelled over 2 hours to see this property only to be rushed out of the property. The house was trashed but the photos that were pictured on their website looked nothing like a property (false advertising) they didn’t know when the property would be ready to start renting but started the process of viewings. All in all we were treated disgracefully

We purchased a property from Bradley’s and from the first viewing, the personal touch balanced with professionalism, empathy and personal responsibility Debbie and her team showed was by far the most impactive on our whole moving process.
Relocating our whole family 250miles with a house sale involving a chain always suggested the process would be highly stressful and this proved to be the case, with Solicitor delays permeating the process but throughout Debbie and team were on hand to offer reassurance, obviously deep and thorough understanding of the process and honesty on the realities of where the process was. All this despite Bradley’s not being the agent for our property sale so in large part not really responsible for being so proactive in updating us. We even heard the good news of exchange from them first.
Can’t recommend them highly enough, best experience I have had of an estate agent having bought multiple properties in the past.

Recently I started looking for rented accommodation in the Paignton area.Having found two suitable properties on the internet, I visited the Estate agents advertising them. Both Agents were situated within a few hundred yards of each other. The attitude of the staff member of the first agent I visited quite shocked me , she was dissmissive, showed no interest in what I had to say, and put down my suggestion that my regular police pension might be attractive to her clients. I was shown a property the following day which I asked to be considered an applicant for , but I withrdew that request after consulting with a retired Barrister. I was amazed at this Estate agent's attitude was so dissmissive and lacking in interest. I also enquired about a property displayed in both of their front windows only to be told ,it had been withdrawn from the market for some time.
My second attempt at finding suitable accommodation led me to the door of Bradleys estate , what a difference in attitude ! I was greeted by a member of staff who not only treated me like a fellow member of the human race, but supplied with the details of the property I was interested in and arranged a viewing on the spot. I was made to feel like a valued customer.Having spent the final 9 years of my police service training both civilian and police staff members in the ways of customer service when manning the enquiry office etc. I was most gratified to see the basic principles still applied in Civvy street. perhaps I should at that at 73 I now walk assisted with a walking stick and that both the staff members who spoke with me were considerable younger. That said I can't praise the staff of Bradleys high enough . I have applied to rent the accommodation they have on offer which incidentally is £300 a month less than that of the other agent. Well done Bradley's.

It was time for me to move on from where is was living and decided to look on the net for a special place just for me, that's when i came across Bradley's Estate Agent's who on there lettings website had this super 1 bed lodge, so booked online to view it, said there and then that i would take it, super dealings with bradley's as the lady who showed me around, ,arranged all the paperwork, and the next thing i knew i was moving in, what a super fantastic team at Bradley's, a big thankyou ????

I used Bradleys Estate Agents in Paignton to sell my property. They had been highly recommended to me.
I cannot speak highly enough of them. Debbie & the whole team made the process as easy as possible for me. I was helped, advised & supported at every step. It didn't matter who I spoke to they knew exactly at what stage the sale was at, and I was kept up to date with any details of change. This shows how professional they are & how they work as a team.
What impressed me most was the personal touch, the customer service. They offer various packages to meet individual needs. I selected using their solicitor which proved really conducive and reduced my involvement.They offer additional services, ECP certificates, removals and cleaning to name a few.
In my opinion Bradleys provide the full package to anyone buying or selling. I am extremely impressed & happy with my experience with them & am very grateful to the Paignton team.

Talk the talk but don’t deliver,
They weren’t good at keeping in touch , the estate agent they sent out was giving buyers negative comments about our property.
They dont seem to know what’s going on with the ones purchasing the property.
In all fairness Debbie and Karen were really good.
I wouldn’t recommend them at all

An amazingly smooth and quick process to buying a house!
I found the whole process really easy with the help of Bradleys estate agents. If I ever needed to contact them, it was so quick and someone would always respond in a timely fashion. An agent was always happy to arrange viewings or access to the property where ever possible and it was lovely to know that my transaction was being dealt with personally. Thank you Bradleys for taking the stress out of moving!

Called them to arrange a valuation on a property and spoke with a lady who gave me two appointment times. Called back a few minutes later to confirm, got different lady so left a message to confirm with her to pass on, but call me back if any problem. No show for valuation so wasted my time. Now gone to another local agent so Bradley's loss.

I found Bradlays agency via a web-search and reading other people testimonials. Hence the reason to share with others my personal experience. The team of Bradleys real-estate agents was phenomenal; they were extremely respectful, courteous, and responsive. I was a seller from off-shore and I had a great time dealing with them. I put my house up for sale after having to move back up North due to family care circumstances, and this was all very unexpected and happened in a very short period of time.

Compassionate, kind and supportive are the words that come to mind when I think of the service I received form Bradley’s team in Paignton. They have kept me updated and always been friendly and responsive. As an executor of a family members will it was an emotional process, Bradley’s Paignton made it easier. Their whole team have been compassionate to our circumstances, nothing seemed to be an inconvenience which really helped. They were always quick to respond to communications. I’ve never sold a house before and they guided me through the whole process. I absolutely recommend them.
