We have dealt with Bruntons Morpeth twice now in the last 8 months, and it has been a pleasure in all respects. Our dealings late 2024 as buyers (of a property which they were selling), came about due to the result of us missing out on a different property,- (by and large incompetence of the large longer-established Estate Agent's mis-handling & dithering as it happens) In hindsight their incompetence turned out to be a blessing for us, as we ended up with a far superior property. Bruntons handling of the process however, was first class. As a result of being so impressed with how they operated, we were only ever going to use them for our subsequent sale. We would describe it as very efficient, easy and painless, and they handled viewings and recommended what we agreed was the right buyer. They were proved right, in so much as there was no faltering or anxiety during the following months which can be very stressful They handled the whole thing exceptionally well, and also recommeded a great conveyancing firm. We will hopefully not be using them again, -( for all the right reasons) but have no hesitation whatsoever in recommending Wendy and her team at Morpeth office to anyone thinking of selling a property in or around Morpeth. Second property sold with Brunton Residential because of the service you receive. Quality listing with photographs & tour. Efficient & keep you up to date with viewings & feedback. Agents really helpful in driving the right offer & negotiating. Great when it comes to the legal process, by keeping you up to date & chasing solicitors otherwise the process would take too long. Honestly wonderful service with us putting offers in or organising viewings. We've been looking for a while and contacting every estate agent locally to Newcastle.
