A five star selling experience.
If you are looking to sell your home I genuinely couldn't recommend Brunton Residential enough. I sold my property through the Jesmond branch under the expertise of Michael Hilden who is the branch manager and valuer. Michael has an absolute wealth of property sales experience in the region and understands the market extremely well, so I had absolute trust in all his recommendations.
Aside from excellent customer service, it was also their reach that they have that really impressed me. Prior to my property even reaching the advertising stage Michael already knew people that Brunton had on their books that would potentially be interested. Michael designed a clear marketing strategy for the property and also discussed the best way to arrange viewings, including an open viewing day. Everything was well organised, tailored to the type of house I was selling and Brunton set up a huge amount of viewings - I accepted the highest offer just a week after the property went live on the market.
I would also like to thank Ashleigh Hall who works on the sales progression side. With previous estate agents this department has always been fairly anonymous with not much engagement. At Brunton, Ashleigh was friendly, efficient and incredibly pro-active, it was a refreshing change to be kept up to date with the sale and she really did go above and beyond.
You get the full package at Brunton from start to finish. I wouldn't hesitate to use their services again.

While renting with Brunton, we had multiple repair issues with the property which were not sorted efficiently and communication was poor. When we first moved in, there was a leak from the bathroom, coming through the ceiling by the light fixture. This had clearly been an issue for some time as the paint was cracked and the plaster sagging. Amongst other HMO licensing problems, we found that the fire alarms required replacing in 2017. Most recently, it took seven weeks for them to revolve a plumbing issue which caused untreated waste to push up through the shower drain. We had to involve the council. Avoid renting from these Letting Agents.
