We have recently worked with Brunton for both sale and purchase and I can't recommend the team enough. From the get go and meeting with Michael, I had no doubt that Brunton was the best option for us due to the level of detail they provide with photos, floorplans and walk through videos. I loved the WhatsApp group that was created with everyone you needed involved and responsive every step of the way. The notification and updates with viewings scheduled and feedback was super helpful - thank you to Harriet for keeping us in the loop through offers and negotiations. Our sale ended up being quite lengthily with lots of twists and turns but Leah was fantastic, always remaining in touch and calm throughout with updates as much as she could. Thankyou to all the team and we are very happy in our new home :-)

We had a very positive experience working with Brunton Team and especially Louise Claber and Kate Ashman throughout our purchase. From the beginning, communication was clear, professional and proactive, and we always felt well informed at each stage of the process.<br>There were moments when the process felt quite overwhelming, and calm and reassuring approach of Louise in particular made a real difference. Our first visit was from Chris, Sales Director, who inspired us with complete confidence in the agency’s knowledge of the local market and their ability to market our property accordingly.

Recently sold our house through Brunton’s and would highly recommend them. From start to finish, Natasha was always just a phone call away. It wasn’t an easy sale with loads of interest and had few issues along the way but Charlotte, Natasha and Louise were always there when we needed them. They were all very positive and reassuring. Would happily use them again.
