We cannot recommend Danielle highly enough. From start to finish, she has been absolutely exceptional throughout our house buying journey.<br><br>The process was far from straightforward, with a particularly challenging seller, but Danielle went above and beyond every step of the way. She was relentless in chasing for updates, resolving issues, and keeping everything moving when it felt like progress had stalled.<br><br>What really stood out was her kindness, care, and genuine support throughout the process. Our experience with Brunton was very positive despite deciding not to proceed with selling.
The staff in the Morpeth office are friendly and knowledgeable.
Faye the valuer is very accommodating and genuinely has your interests at heart.
Upon being ready to market our home Brunton Morpeth will be our first port of call.

We used Brunton for both our sale and purchase and the experience was fantastic from Chris’ initial valuation to completion. We had several local agents out to value our home initially and based on another very similar home that sold in our street recently, were surprised at how low the valuations were. All of the agents had access to this information and showed me this house but all of them valued our home around £10-15,000 less. Chris from Brunton was the only one who valued the house £10,000 higher and he recommended using an offers over approach too. We were slightly hesitant at first due to the other agents valuations but Chris’ excellent knowledge of the market and the local area convinced us to trust his advice and approach. It’s safe to say that the decision to trust Chris was the right one.<br><br>Wendy and the team in the Morpeth office were fantastic and kept us in the loop throughout the process and communication was great from an initial introductory call through to arranging viewings and discussing offers. We listed the property on a Wednesday, had 9 viewings over Saturday and Sunday and started receiving offers immediately after the viewings on Saturday. There were several interested parties, Wendy talked us through all of the offers in detail and by the Tuesday we had accepted an offer significantly over Chris’ valuation from a party we were comfortable with. Our house was under offer and with the relevant solicitors shortly after that. Wendy then helped us find our dream home and helped to negotiate an offer which was acceptable to the owners.<br><br>We were then passed over to Victoria in the Sales Progression department but the standard of service did not change. Victoria kept us fully informed and reassured throughout what could be a stressful situation, she liaised with our solicitor, buyer and seller throughout to make sure the chain was progressing. The chain of four houses, three of which listed by Brunton with a new-builder at the top, progressed to completion in just over three months.<br><br>We’ve moved house a couple of times before and this was far and away the best experience we’ve had. I wouldn’t hesitate to recommend Brunton Residential to anyone looking to sell their home.

I never thought that I'd give a glowing review to any estate agent but Brunton's were excellent at selling my mother's house in Hexham. It wasn't a straightforward sale but they were always there quickly with very professional advice and good online systems. Charlotte in particular was very on top of local data and experience for her valuation (and everything else).

Bruntons were fantastic from start to finish. We trusted their valuation and were quickly introduced to a number of viable purchasers. The sale proceeded smoothly within a 3 month timeframe. We were well supported by Louise Claber and communication was excellent .
