A nightmare 6 years of dealing with incompetent, unscrupulous, amateurs is the most polite way I can put it. We have disinstructed them but are now on our third formal complaint which is being dealt with OBO the CEO. This does not take into account the hundreds of informal complaints.After the latest monumental exit fiasco we will be contacting the Ombudsman. Steer clear of them and save your sanity and money.... Birchall Edwards did not sell the our house and we asked them to take it off the market. Their communication & service was appalling. Having served enough notice ,we left Birchall Edwards and asked them to take our property off their website. The house is still on the market but with a different Agent.Jess Beesley from the Avenue is more enthusiastic and keep updating us of interest and viewings.... Read more
