The whole process of selling my house from beginning to end was carefully, professionally and sensitively managed. Communication with all staff at Christopher’s estate agents was excellent, with timely responses and clarity in passing on information regarding the sale. I struck gold when I found Christopher's Estate Agents. Other local agents seemed disinterested and gave very poor assessments of the property but from the outset Heather and Chris were friendly , efficient and very knowledgeable. Within 5 days the property had a great offer accepted offer on it. What then ensued was a nightmare due to family illness and the purchaser's extremely difficult solicitor, though the purchaser was fine. I honestly don't think we would have got through it without the kind support combined with communication skills and generally 'being on the ball' that Chris and Heather demonstrated. I could not recommend them enough. Having been through many house sales, they are the best agents I have ever come across.

It’s not always easy to find an estate agent that behaves with honesty and integrity but if that’s what you’re looking for, Chris is your man.
After a time wasting exercise with another local agent, it was a breath of fresh air to deal with Christophers whose friendly professionalism and sound knowledge of the market resulted in my father’s house selling for the asking price in 48 hours.
Chris and Heather are managing an exceptionally well run agency, they are responsive and answer the phone and return calls promptly, are always happy to answer queries and deal with problems that may arise. Ivybridge is lucky to have them!
