This was a particularly difficult and emotional time, and the team at Tempo Estates were consistently sympathetic, patient, and supportive throughout the entire process. They guided me clearly through each stage of the sale, explaining everything in an easy-to-understand way and ensuring I always knew what to expect. By managing the process so professionally and proactively, they removed a great deal of the stress and hassle that would otherwise have been involved. Their communication was excellent, and they handled the sale with genuine care, sensitivity, and respect for the circumstances. I am extremely grateful for the support provided and feel the level of service went above and beyond what would normally be expected, which is why I believe this exception is fully justified.

6th Mar 2026 (12 days ago)Overall Falcon were good but did not do some of the marketing they had suggested they would do. For example they did not hold any open days as they had suggested they would. The property sold after only about 4 viewings in the 5 months it was on the market. Once the offer was accepted, Falcon were helpful and efficient.
30th Jan 2026 (7 weeks ago)Used Louis and team to sell my property. No sales bull on first meet, just straight honest advice and clear pricing. The house was sold fast at the right anticipated price. Anytime during the process I needed Louis to prod the buyer or solicitor he was all over it. He was a pleasure to deal with who delivered exactly what he said he would. Unlike the previous agent with the red boarding who royally screwed things up. I wouldn’t hesitate to use Hindhead again next time.

A lovely welcome box with the keys as a bonus.- 9th Sep 2025 (6 mo. ago)excellent sales preparation. produced an outstanding brochure, and after just 3 days live, a handful of viewers received the first of 3 offers. Just 5 days of viewing in total and 2 full guide price offers. The most expensive option, but with faultless handling of the sale, and reassured that should things not go as planned, they will quickly have other interested buyers lined up.

Even though I didn’t end up selling my property with them, I found Tony and his team to be professional, friendly, and helpful throughout the process. They provided good advice and communication, and I always felt they were trying their best. I am happy to recommend them to anyone looking for an honest and reliable estate agent.

Their service was very professional and they were also very accommodating in arranging short-notice second viewings. Throughout the process, they have very much worked for us to get us to completion, proactively engaging with others in the chain. A big thank you to Nancy in particular - she was very tenacious and nothing was to much trouble.

4th Apr 2025 (11 mo. ago)Absolutely zero communication after expressing interest in a property, despite chasing several times..politely. Thankfully, I wasn't in a rush or desperate unlike most people unfortunately are. Assured I would be called back/contacted, which had been to no avail. Wouldn't approach them again, if god forbid, I did find myself in a desperate situation.

Chris and the team were fantastic throughout - always on hand to answer any questions, constantly gave us updates on the process, and were always happy to chase up third parties when needed. Would thoroughly recommend using them!
