Phillip and Francis worked hard to find customers for the sale of my house when the industry was not moving at all. The advertising with professional video and drone footage produced the most beautiful results.

Buying property in the UK could be hectic at times. Tamir and Philip from River Homes had taken care of all the hassles and make it stressless especially for first time home owner. Highly recommended.
We were on a tight schedule with not very responsive solicitors, luckily Tamir always helped checking with the searches and inquiries progress and update us promptly.
We had arranged some surveying inspections and contractors for on site measurements before moving in, Tamir was always very accommodating with our requests and liaised with the seller and current tenant. Without his help, we would not be able to have everything ready in the first week of completion.

We thought river homes came across very well and clearly knew the area but as they mainly focus on houses and not flats, I don’t think they had as big of a customer base to raise interest and it was often unclear what the next steps were to help boost viewings. I have dealt with Riverhomes over a period of 3 years and found the entire team nothing but professional, helpful and understanding.
When I was searching for a property Phillip and Sue from the Chiswick office took a lot of time to show me many different property's and understand my specific needs. Once I had settle on an apartment they continued to engage both me and the landlord to ensure that everything was set up for my moving in which was a smooth process thanks to the efforts they had put in.
This was a long tenancy so I naturally had dealings with the property management team on several occasions. Annabel and Sarah managed any issues I had with the apartment quickly and efficiently, these included all the normal annual checks and some standout issues such as heating and plumbing problems. I never had to chase, communication was clear and efficient and that was very important to me. The works were always carried out on time and to plan, the team would then always follow up to check the work was satisfactory.
When it came time to end my tenancy, again the team of Erin and Annabel managed my transition in an incredibly professional manner but most importantly they regularly demonstrated care for me and my small children. There was occasions where I would honestly say they went far beyond what could be expected from a property management agency and showed a patience that was both unexpected and very welcome. I faced some challenges, personally, around my departure but Annabel supported me through them in a way that really helped me.
In short, I wouldn't hesitate to recommend Riverhomes as a letting agent or a property management company. The fact they are a family business themselves translates through to their teams who really do go the extra mile to manage the balance between tenants and landlords needs. Personally, I've found this both helpful and refreshing.

Fantastic experience selling through River Homes. Initially tried selling through a larger agent, however once I switched to River Homes I saw that the personal support and care they offered and the quality of the potential buyers they showed round was significantly higher. As a landlord with some experience in property management, I was able to fully appreciate the lengths the team (Annabel and Kate) went to in order to ensure that the tenancy ran smoothly despite having difficult tenants. Highly unprofessional time wasters who took my deposit and didn't give it back to me because the landlord had changed his mind on the apartment. There was nothing wrong with my guarantors, but they were looking for multi billionars and should of made that clear from the start. So in fact they wasted my time and conned me out of my money.

I love the guys at Riverhomes. I decided, after 21 years of commuting on S******* Rail from Sussex that I'd had enough and needed to rent somewhere in town for the week. A flat felt soulless and I'd always fancied living on the river. There was a beautiful Dutch barge for rent on Dove Pier. I fell in love. Immediately. Not just with the boat, but with the pier, the location, the community, everything. But I was a day too late and it had gone. I said 'you've spoiled me guys, I only want a boat here. And I want it now. This minute.' (I can be quite demanding when the mood takes me....) Within 7 days they had secured me a viewing of another boat on the same pier that had yet to come onto the market. It was...is...perfect. A deal was struck and all parties couldn't have been happier. Lewis and Phillip were most un-estate-agent-like: they were never anything other than helpful, courteous, kind and efficient. And unlike every other estate agent I've ever dealt with, they actually answered my calls and emails. The whole process was more pleasurable and painless than any property transaction I've ever experienced, and I hope this is the beginning of a long and fruitful relationship for both of us. Riverhomes has been managing my property (to let) for a long time now, but I strongly recommend this company, having used another agent nearby. South West Office (Putney) staff has been so great, Nicola is very pleasant to deal with, always very helpful with professional advise.
Their Property Management Team is also very good, especially Annabel - who is a real professional - she understands both tenant and landlord, and only gives honest but very precise and helpful advise at all times. I absolutely adore her service. Also dealt with other members of Riverhomes, but they are all very good.

Was looking for a rental in London and looked at several apartments. Sue Day from River homes was great. She showed me a couple of properties, one of which had come on the market the previous day. At the end of the day I wanted to revisit one of the shortlisted properties and Sue came back late in the afternoon to show it to me again. She has been really pro active in all her dealings with respect to follow up calls/emails/queries. Brilliant follow through. Would definitely work with her again!

An experienced agent sold the service and was promptly replaced by a much less experienced agent. Disappointing but not that surprising. Eventually they delivered a buyer after much longer than confidently asserted up front and significantly below asking. Again, disappointing but not that surprising. Then when the buyer fell away after exchange but before completion, they demanded their full fee despite the fact I only received the 10% deposit. No negotiation. No recognition that this was poor result for their client. Just smug reliance on weasel words in an ambiguous contract. They fulfilled all the worst pre conceptions of estate agents. Avoid like the plague.
