Bek is super helpful. He went above and beyond helping me with my search. He has amazing local knowledge and a great positive vibe. I lost my phone the night before and saw on the find my iphone map, it was outside Cluttons. I called up other local business's and none of them could be bothered to help me and then I called Cluttons and got through to Bek.
Bek stayed on the phone with me for about 15 minutes, ringing my phone, walking in local shops and asking if a phone's been handed in. Turned out a homeless man had it and he managed to get it off them. Bek went above and beyond my expectations and if it wasn't for him, I wouldn't have got my phone back.
Bek is true Good Samaritan and he restored my faith in humanity.

A very nice friendly office steered by Verity Chick, with Hugo Webber at the cliff face. Knowledgeable, capable and bright, pleasant to deal with, accessible, and devoted to selling. They answered all my questions, liaised with lawyers and landlords, kept me informed, prepared me for positive and negative outcomes alike. They asked before all viewings and respected my property. The Hyde Park office, now beautifully decorated for Christmas, is a haven of hospitality! Although I withdrew my house from sale (external and internal factors) I would consider using them again and recommend them.

Above and Beyond Service and Communication.
As a first time renter in the London Market coming from the US this experience was completely foreign to me. Sorry Richard watching House Hunters International, London episodes helped but it did not provide all the important nuances and experiences when renting in London versus the US. The Clutton Hyde Park Estate Agents Team made the process much easier. From the first interaction with Aaron to the documentation completion with Gemma and Will stepping in as needed. This team was very supportive. They were quick to answer questions and provide their knowledge and experience. When it looked like there could be a significant issue they were able to talk directly with the Housing Owner and explain on my behalf and in my favor. I used Cluttons to sell our flat in Marylebone. I tried three companies and was the most impressed with The Cluttons Hyde Park branch. It took a while to sell, but not because of Cluttons. They worked really hard to sell the flat and were excellent communicators throughout. Verity helped the entire way. She was just the right fit for us and was amazing to us, showing us a positive and empathic attitude without being unrealistic. My husband and I were looking for a flat in central London from overseas, on a tight timeline, and were sadly finding many of the stereotypes about estate agents to be accurate. So many listings online were unavailable, not pet friendly, or managed by unresponsive agents. We were at the end of our rope. Then we found Cluttons.
Libby Ware is an excellent agent who responded to my inquiry first thing on a Monday morning, sending tons of information, photos, and a video walkthrough very promptly. We had an accepted offer within a few hours of her response to my inquiry. Her description of the property and the building was spot-on, and she was extremely responsive to the many questions we had as prospective renters from overseas. I felt completely comfortable offering on the property without viewing in person, thanks to Libby's diligence. The remainder of the referencing process and tenancy administration was managed very professionally by her colleague Gemma Coleman. The team set out all the relevant steps in accurate and complete detail, allowing us to finish referencing and pick up the keys the very next week. The response is slow and the agency does not admit the problem they have. The reference company they use is not professional. First time they fail my reference with unknown reason. When I ask the reference report, they come back to me and they said they need more verification. It seems they did not check for the first time and they do not know why they fail me first time. But how can they fail my reference firstly without enough checking. And the agency refuse to refund my holding deposit.

The office is Located on a corner spot (almost) a stone's throw away from Hyde Park. Beatrice, Lily and Mark are polite, friendly, attentive and professional people.
