Ellen was so nice, informative, and very good with communication from the very start. She carried out my viewing of the flat that I now have because of her, and she was very approachable and answered all the questions I had. Even throughout the referencing process, she kept me updated on everything, even through all of the delays. She always kept me in the loop to ensure I knew what was happening with the landlord and their decision making. I recommend Cluttons if anyone is looking to rent in London!

Extremely unprofessional and it’s a shame in 2026 tenants are exposed to cowboy landlords and agencies. Very disappointing experience at check out and attempting to get my deposit back. The agency is withholding my money through deductions that I have clear evidence via the check in report v check out report that are frivolous and false. They have failed to resolve the matter fairly so the TDS must get involved. Communication has been poor, with repeated unnecessary hurdles, irrelevant forms and obstructive processes that appear designed to delay repayment to tenants as a stalling technique. I would strongly advise prospective tenants to keep detailed records of all issues in the property, even from tiny scratches on every piece of furniture as they will propose deductions. I luckily covered myself with photos and video evidence. Ensure everything is documented in writing also to prevent them from backtracking.

I had a really positive experience dealing with Bhavika. Although I didn’t end up securing a property through her, she was incredibly helpful, friendly and informative throughout the process. As a first-time renter, I really appreciated how clearly she explained the new rental laws and everything I needed to be aware of.
