Very unprofessional. Their lack of communication when we tried to buy a house through them was unbelievable. Over 4 weeks to reply to an email and to be told they dread calling you when I have only ever been patient and courteous was so disrespectful. Would not recommend or ever use them again... Read more

From one agent to another, I found the manager Deborah so poor at sales chasing out and way out of the loop .My vendor /there purchaser is so unhappy with them. They have no interest in getting a sale through and just passing the buck and not calling back , Just interested in touting other agents properties. Lies Lies that's all they are good at.... I must say, I am thoroughly impressed with this firm. I put my property for sale with this agent as they were helpful, polite, friendly and above all professional and knowledgeable. We had plenty of viewings, were given feedback promptly. Were kept in the loop with how our property was performing and ended up acquiring 2 offers!
