We switched from a massively disappointing experience with a much larger chain to Cooke & Co to sell our home, and what a great choice we made. My bungalow was advertised for many months with another agency but no joy Cookes came on the scene much later and provided an excellent service being successful after a number of viewings. almost as many as the other agency had had over many months. Likeable staff friendly approach most appreciated especially when one is old. I don't think I will need their services again at my age but if I ever did I would certainly use them again.

Jay, Alex, Edward and Eliza are a young, dynamic team at the Broadstairs branch. They competitively priced our house, aiming for the top end of the valuation and came in a few days later to record photos, and an IT walkthrough. Within the week, these details were on their website and Rightmove. (It was a featured property on Rightmove).
They escorted potential buyers around the house and within 6 weeks of going live, an offer was made and accepted.
We cannot speak highly enough of their professionalism and enthusiasm in achieving a sale, especially in a time of volatile markets.
Their after-sales service was excellent.
A brilliant and successful experience.

They have been professional, polite and very effective, every step of the way.
Vicki in particular has been absolutely amazing, a true credit to the company. In several instances there were issues (outside of the Estate agents control), she was fundamental in ensuring the transaction took place with as minimum fuss as possible, going above and beyond.

We exchanged contracts last week and what was a fairly stressful time trying to make sure we completed before the 1st April when the Stamp Duty goes up. However, it was made so much easier by Vicki (Sales Progression & Compliance Manager) who often went above and beyond to get updates for us when we were getting nothing from our solicitors.
One of the biggest things (I think) of buying a house is being kept in the loop about what's going on and the progress (or not) that's being made and Vicki got this absolutely spot on. Even if there was no update she made sure we were aware which, as far as customer service goes, was absolutely superb.
Even aside from Vicki, all of the team at Cooke & Co were absolutely brilliant with their customer service which, in my opinion, goes a very long way when dealing with the stresses of buying a house.
Would absolutely recommend anyone to use Cooke & Co!

I have just sold my flat in Broadstairs through Cookes and would highly recommend them to anyone wanting to buy or sell in the area. All the agents there have been great. A special mention to Eliza (many thanks for sorting my SKY Box out!!).
And an extra special mention to Vicki, who went way above and beyond my basic expectations.
She was determined to get the sale through, while keeping relaxed and cheery along the way. She also remained positive and reassuring when I thought my sale was slipping away.

As the purchaser of a property in Broadstairs that was listed with Cooke and Co, I can only say what a truly professional estate agents they are. The staff who showed us around several properties were extremely knowledgeable about each one. They were also polite, punctual and very helpful.
Once we had an offer accepted on a property, Victoria Field, the Sales Progression & Compliance Manager, has been wonderful. She regularly kept us updated as to how the sale was going and any request/query we had were answered promptly, in a very professional and friendly manner. We cannot praise Victoria enough for the help and support we have received.
