I cannot praise the team in the Angmering Branch of Cooper Adams enough! They have all been amazing from start to finish, keeping in regular contact and always being available to answer any queries or concerns. The day of exchange was stressful to say the least but the team stepped in to liaise with my solicitor to get the job done which was a huge weight off my shoulders. I 100% recommend anyone buying or selling a property to use this branch. You won't be disappointed! If I could give 6 stars I would!

Although we did not go ahead with a property with Cooper Adams in the end, Aaron was extremely polite, considerate and patient with us and answered all of our questions about the property that we viewed. He was also able to coordinate responses to some more difficult questions I had with the seller and he really made the process much less stressful for us. They are a fantastic small, local agency, and it really shows. It felt much more personal than dealing with a larger, corporate chain.
What truly stood out was their friendly and communicative nature. They were always quick to answer our questions (and we had a lot!) and kept us informed at every single step. There were no nasty surprises, just clear, honest communication throughout.

We bought our home through Cooper Adams - Angmering. The property is a "doer upper" and Aaron, Greg and Charlotte were fantastic throughout the process - and I am not normally the complimentary type. They must have facilitated access for us and our builder, electrician, gas engineer, tree surgeon, curtain maker, valuer and landscaper etc. at least ten times. Further, Aaron on two occasions started work early / finished late to enable access. The previous owner could not have chosen a better agent. Thanks again. You are a credit to Copper Adams.

I recently supported my parents through the process of downsizing and renting a new home, and we were fortunate enough to have Cooper Adams Estate & Lettings Agents guiding us every step of the way.
From the outset, Sam Dunnings, Head of Lettings, was outstanding. I dealt with Sam and the lettings team on my parents’ behalf for much of the process, but my parents also had direct contact with them and in every instance, Sam’s approach was personable, warm, patient and reassuring. He genuinely took the time to look after them, which made a huge difference during what was a significant life change.
Sam, Steph, and the rest of the lettings team were all fantastic. Their professionalism shone through, all paperwork was ready and prepared in advance of signing the tenancy, with everything from the AST to the EPC, gas safety cert and EICR organised seamlessly. The check-in inventory, carried out by an independent company, was also incredibly thorough and detailed, which gave us complete peace of mind.
Communication throughout was excellent. Whether it was me liaising with the team by phone and email, or my parents dealing with them directly, responses were always quick, clear, and helpful. At the viewing stage, Cooper Adams stood out for the right reasons, they didn’t rush my parents, unlike other agents we encountered, and my parents never felt pushed through a conveyor belt of back-to-back viewings. Instead, they were given the time and space to properly consider the property, ask questions and take their time which is important for those of a more elderly age.
The team also explained practicalities like the maintenance reporting app, making it easy to log and track any future issues should they arise.
Overall, I couldn’t be more impressed. Downsizing is a major step, and the lettings team at Cooper Adams handled the whole process with professionalism, empathy, and a genuine personal touch. My parents and I are very grateful, and I would recommend them without hesitation.

We were considering purchasing a new-build buy-to-let, but with busy full-time jobs were unsure whether the rental return would be worth the time and inevitable aggravation of managing it! We researched fully managed services as offered by agents in the area, and Cooper Adams’ was far more comprehensive than the others; we also liked the rent and legal protection cover. We were put in contact with Sam and, well, the rest is recent history - we went ahead with the purchase, Sam was all over it as soon as we completed, and tenants were in within 6 weeks! Also, as we’re not local, we were having difficulty getting the developer to get on with remedying the snagging - Sam took over, chasing the developer, and within 5 weeks later the snagging was all sorted! Sam is very responsive, pro-active and, as shown with our developer, works miracles! He’s lifted such a weight off our shoulders there. We would certainly recommend Sam and Cooper Adams to anyone else with investment properties wanting a hands-off, hassle-free experience.

My dedicated contact, Sam Dunnings, is always on top of things. He's friendly, approachable, and clearly very experienced. He responds promptly and clearly to my emails and calls, and he's very proactive in addressing any maintenance issues that come up. For example, when there was a minor leak in one of the rooms, Sam arranged for a plumber right away to investigate and kept me updated throughout the process. This identified the source of the leak before it became a major problem, saving me time, stress and money.
Renting out a property can be a headache, but thanks to Sam's professionalism and proactive approach, it's been a stress-free experience. They were informative, helpful, understanding and patient dealing with a very complex and frustrating situation that we found ourselves in. The Managing Director of Cooper Adams, Shaun Adams sends a google review to your place of work and tries to tell your employer that you are a not very nice person to seek revenge. Very professional Shaun. Everyone now will see you for the unprofessional person I dealt with and see the poor service your business offers. Maybe, future customers will take my previous review a bit more seriously now if not done already. You personally caused this mess undermining your team, you did nothing about it, even when asked, and then played the fool sending a response like this. Your customers will see you now for who you really are. Cooper Adams “As Good As Their Word” but complain.

Awful service, and led by an awful director Shaun. Wanted to by a house they were selling so forced to use their services. Agreed asking price and house taken off market, then told I had to pay £300 for a reservation agreement to take house off market, which all other estate agents do for free. When I questioned this with agent in Angmering office to see whether this should be paid by sellers as I didn’t need a £300 insurance policy for a buy to let purchase without a chain, their Director Shaun Adams then instructed the agent to put the house back on the market and not tell me. I then saw house I had been told was being sold to me up for sale. No one bothered to tell me this. Asked Shaun to explain his actions and he said I was just a time waster and policy was to take house off market only when reservation paid. Had a big row over phone and his customer service was shocking. Staff turnover in Angmering office is really high and Shaun blamed team for my bad service. Asked Shaun when he reluctantly gave the weakest of apologies finally, to find a way to show he was sorry and if he was, instead of compensating me, give a donation to charity and tell me who he gave it to. Despite 2 reminders no response. Do not use Cooper Adams Angmering or Shaun. Shocking service and will cost you £300 to buy any house they sell. All other agents do this for free. Wasn’t a time waster as bought property in the end. Used Butts for my previous sales and purchases and they were fantastic.

From the first point of contact with Nia in the Angmering office I knew we were talking to someone who was professional, knew their job and was extremely friendly to boot. She could not do enough to help us find our new property! Along with Robin and all his team it was a refreshing change to be dealing with true professionals who had the same aim to find us our dream home! Chris and the team at Angmering are exactly what I have been searching for from an estate agent, having embarked on a self build I have received good friendly advice all the way through from Chris even though at the time my choice of agent was not mentioned, Chris called me on a regular basis making sure I was up to date on the latest markets and checking in regularly to see if there was anything I needed and this made choosing Cooper adams an easy choice for me, a no pressure good old fashioned pick up the phone and have a good chat style of agent but also up to speed with all the latest online services. Chris and his team have made my property purchase go a lot smoother than anticipated. You always hear the stereotype about how estate agents bring a lot of stress to you but this was far from the case.
I purchased while overseas and all at Cooper Adams have helped me out along the way. Their levels of communication are phenomenal, they always kept me in the know as events were unfolding. I never had to reach out to them to discover any new information.
I highly recommend them from a buyers perspective and will use them when I come to sell in the future

My congratulations to all the staff, in the Angmering office you all deserve a medal. I have recently bought through cooper adams, which means I'm not paying their bill, but their service has been absolutely excellent, if it was not for them, I am sure I would still be sitting in my house in Essex. My own estate agent has come nowhere near to the service they have shown to both buyer and seller. They are, in my estimation, awesome, brilliant and caring, thank you, thank you thank you

Cooper Adams made relocating from Kent to West Sussex earlier this year stress free. Having a single point of contact from viewing to completion gave me complete confidence.
More recently their professional service providing a probate valuation made a difficult time a little easier.
