We bought our house through Cooper Adams in 2026. The agents we met were all professional, knowledgeable & well informed and knew the local area well. Cooper Adams do things a little differently with reservation agreements to protect both the buyer and seller and we found this a great help at a stressful time. The agent we mainly dealt with, Freya, was always able to answer our questions and was proactive in keeping us informed when we got close to the moving date. She also ensured that the others in the office were well informed when things got a little sticky in the days leading up to the move. The gift bag on moving day was a very thoughtful touch and was very much appreciated! We would happily use Cooper Adams again in the future and would recommend them to anyone thinking of buying or selling

Cooper Adams know their stuff and they know the housing market. They don't over-value properties just to get your business - they are realistic. The service was first class from the start, when the property was first listed, through to completion. The comfort of signing a reservation agreement once an offer has been accepted gave a certain amount of reassurance. I would highly recommend them. Lucy at the East Preston branch was brilliant and kept me updated regularly - she is lovely and a credit to the Cooper Adams team.

BUYER BEWARE of the reservation agreement. I had a survey that showed serious faults.<br>The agreement looked like it would work in favour of both buyer and seller But not.<br>I have been forced to pay for further proof on a property that I am no longer buying, because of a lot of problems shown on the survey.<br>I have received nothing but haressment and bullying from intially the estate agent and still ongoing from Gazeal.<br>I would never again sign one of these agreements and have advised my friends and family to avoid using Cooper Adams.

This is a pretty easy review. Cooper Adams of East Preston get the full 5 stars for their excellent service and support in the sale of my Mother-in-law's property under the careful and proactive management of Jason Howell. Not too pushy, realistic marketing; great use of IT and also use of the Reserved system that provides you, as a seller, some assurance of a serious offer and I would image, as a buyer, likewise. The team kept me informed but did not drown me with information and come the sale itself, Jason and his team were on the case, acting as the 'glue' to keep all sides in the game.<br>I had gone to two other East Preston estate agents and would not recommend either of them; for a comprehensive service and support, Cooper Adams is the one.<br>Many thanks Jason and all the best to you and your team for the future.

We had a difficult property to sell, empty, in need of renovation, only two bedrooms, and at the wrong time of the year. Some adjustment of the initial price was necessary but Cooper Adams found a buyer within a few weeks at a price that still exceeded our initial expectations. They also recommended a top class conveyancer to us. The sales process was drawn out due to problems further down the chain but Cooper Adams' sales progression was excellent, chasing the buyers' solicitors and keeping us informed with regular calls and emails. I originally used Cooper Adams (East Preson branch) when I moved into my house back in 2010. I was impressed by the service then and was not disappointed when I chose them again for my current move. Their attention to detail and response to questions was excellent. A special mention for Jack Champion who assisted all the way through the sale process, always available and helpful. He negotiated on my behalf to get the deal that I wanted. I recommend using the Reservation Agreement - it costs money up-front but it did help resolve a tricky problem and save me money in the process.

Would highly recommend Cooper Adams in East Preston.
