We have had a very positive experience with Cooper Adams Angmering. Steph and Sam went above and beyond throughout the whole process. Whenever we had any issues with the house, they were dealt with swiftly, and we were always kept in the loop regarding the landlord’s approval for repairs. They were consistently polite,helpful and professional.<br><br>The onboarding process was very quick and extremely easy to complete. This is our second house through Cooper Adams Angmering, and on both occasions the properties were presented in a very professional manner, with keys made available at a time that suited us.<br><br>When we moved out of our last property, they handled our deposit quickly and professionally, and our full deposit was returned without any issues.<br><br>We can’t recommend Cooper Adams highly enough. From a buyers prospective I found Chris and Sophie at the Rustington office to be very helpful and responsive. In particular Chris Caley worked very hard on our purchase to help resolve issues and coordinating the exchange and final completion.

We recently exchanged contracts and completed our sale and purchase through Cooper Adams, and overall they were excellent throughout the process.
Communication was consistently strong, and they kept us updated at every stage, which made a huge difference during what can be a very stressful experience.
The last 3 weeks became particularly difficult due to delays caused at the bottom of the chain, which unfortunately resulted in us losing our original removal company. Despite this, Cooper Adams worked hard to keep the chain together, kept the pressure on where needed, and ultimately helped get everything over the line.
Special thanks to the team for their persistence, professionalism, and support during a stressful period. We really appreciated the effort that went in behind the scenes.
