Me and my sister went to Coopers after a really bad experience with another agency in Maidenhead, when we were selling a property there as executors. David Head, Ella and the whole team were knowledgeable, attentive, quick, helpful and professional. Not only did they have a number of interested parties to view the property from the get go, they completed the sale quickly and efficiently. My experience of estate agents on the whole has not been good and Coopers broke the mold! Thank you!

Coopers were brilliant!! I'm not a fan of Estate Agents as the vast majority these days are difficult to deal with and honestly quite unprofessional. NOT so Coopers. David Head and Ella and the rest of the team were knowledgeable, attentive, quick, helpful and professional and got the property on the market at the right price, had immediate viewings, kept us in the loop at all times and secured a sale in the shortest possible time frame. I would highly recommend them, especially in Maidenhead where my experience has been terrible with more than one other agency!

I used Coopers Maidenhead for the management and letting of my property, as well as later for the sale. My experience was generally positive, though there were a few bumps along the way.
During the letting period, the first tenants were fine but left the flat in a poor condition, which led to bathroom repairs (replacement taps) and a professional deep clean. There was quite a bit of back and forth over this, and while it was eventually resolved (without my knowledge at the time), at least there was an outcome. Payments also arrived on varying dates, so I occasionally had to chase for updates, which made mortgage planning a little tricky.
That said, the second tenant Coopers secured were excellent, and I was very happy with the service. Full credit to them for this.
When I decided to sell, Trinity was absolutely fantastic. She was proactive, communicative, and incredibly supportive, especially as the buyers’ side was quite slow. She kept me updated, chased progress when needed, and really put me at ease throughout the process.
Overall, despite a few early issues, my experience with Coopers Maidenhead ended on a very positive note. I’d recommend speaking to Trinity and the team if you’re considering selling or letting your property.

I have nothing but thanks for Ben Heron and the hard work which he has done, over the last several months, helping our buyer and us navigate what has been a rather tricky property sale.
From the outset, Ben was realistic and confident that he could achieve a sale in a short period in a not altogether buoyant market and the price achieved was reasonable, given the state of the market.
We had a large number of viewings; Ben was scrupulous in providing feedback but where Ben excelled was at the time it mattered most when the conveyancing lawyers seemed to be tied up in minutiae which risked the sale proceeding. He was positive and proactive and I could ask for nothing more.

We really liked Chloe from the first time we met her. Very non-stereotypical estate agent, really relaxed and not pushy at all. Her communication was excellent throughout the whole process. I really liked how she used whatsapp to communicate as my work (a doctor) often prevented me from receiving phone calls or wading through my emails. A quick whatsapp in between patients to organise viewings etc was a really efficient way of communicating. We were trying to sell in a very poor market and in fact we were so desperate we employed another agency...we shouldn't have bothered and I'm so glad we went multi agency and kept Coopers as well. Coopers outsource their photos to a professional photographer, the other agency just sent an estate agent round with a camera. The difference in how the property looked on rightmove was significant. Coopers were able to get more viewings after we went multi agency and got the sale at more than we thought we were going to get. In that time the other agency managed 1 viewing and a phone call to suggest we drop the price! I would thoroughly recommend Coopers and would definitely use them again, thanks Chloe!

Our sale couldn’t have gone easier, we chose Coopers based on our impression of Chloe when she valued our house - her energy and enthusiasm is infectious and we figured that if she gave us that impression as sellers she’d do the same with the buyers.
The marketing material was very good and the photos are way better than most other agents. We had Coopers biggest open day since the new office opened with 15 appointments which lead to 3 or 4 offers - I forget the exact number.
That was the easy bit, our house purchase was fraught with two failed purchases and a third success + a price challenge from lower in our chain.
Chloe was onside all the way through with support and assistance - we can’t forget David too as he played a part in the process. We did have our differences at times as it was stressful for all involved but there was a common aim and we stuck with it.
Communication was very good, the team were on hand for queries & responded quickly. Coopers, Chloe & David are highly recommended, I feel like we have friends there now.
If there’s advice I’d give to anyone buying/selling, get a good solicitor for conveyancing & start your packing early
