Katie's communication was exceptional throughout – she was always quick to respond to emails and calls, keeping us informed every step of the way. The entire renewal process was handled efficiently, with all paperwork organized and explained clearly, which took so much stress out of what can often be a complicated procedure.

This is the 4th time we have used Coopers over a number of years. The most recent being a house sale through the Coopers Ickenham office. We are extremely happy with the service Coopers and in particular Russell Jones provided in the recent house sale. Russell should receive 10 stars! If you compare him with estate agents from some other firms, he stands out by a mile. You can often tell how satisfied a customer is not just by what they say, but by whether they return. We didn’t have to sell the house we sold recently through Coopers but we knew they would do a good job. I put that down to a number of factors including their skill and professionalism, but just as importantly their ethos. If you have a house to sell pick up the phone and talk to them – talk to Russell – you’ll see what I mean. From start to finish, his experience, patience, and dedication shine through. He gives estate agents a good name. We would recommend Coopers, and Russell to anyone looking to buy or sell a property.

Russell was always reachable and helped speed up the sale by chasing both solicitors. Had an extremely unpleasant experience with Hillingdon Cooper’s Residential. When we moved out, we were told no documents were needed to process our deposit return through the TDS. After three weeks with no updates, we had to chase them, only to be told by the manager that we needed to contact the landlord directly for the refund—completely contradicting their earlier advice.
The lack of clear communication, misleading information, and zero support made the process unnecessarily stressful. I would not recommend Cooper’s Lettings to anyone who expects reliable information or proper assistance with their deposit.

Unhelpful and Unprofessional – Avoid Cooper’s Lettings!
My experience with Cooper’s Lettings regarding my tenancy deposit refund was extremely frustrating. After moving out, the agency told me no documents were needed for the Tenancy Deposit Scheme (TDS) refund and promised to handle it. Weeks passed with no update. When I chased them up, they suddenly told me to contact the landlord myself—something they never mentioned before.
Their lack of communication, poor advice, and refusal to assist with the TDS process was unacceptable. If you expect any real support from this agency, look elsewhere.

Very disappointed with my experience at Coopers Letting Agents. I vacated my rental property at 28 Mill Bridge, UB8 2XX on 31st March 2025, and despite repeated follow-ups, I still have not received my deposit refund.
I received the check-out report on 8th April, and since then, I have emailed the agency multiple times — including on 25th and 28th April — but responses have been delayed or vague, with no clear resolution. I’ve been told repeatedly that the landlord’s confirmation is pending, and even after being promised updates before staff leave, no action has been taken.
The lack of communication and accountability is extremely frustrating. This experience has been stressful and unprofessional, and I would not recommend their services to anyone expecting prompt and reliable service.
