Bad valuation for what was clearly well known to be a area where prices had gone down. Photography and other listings weren't as professional as I would have liked, and I feel I could have done a lot of it myself.

I can’t thank Greg and his team enough for providing such a fantastic service when selling my house. From valuation to exchange they have maintained communication and helped ensure the process is as smooth as possible. Alfie, who undertook viewings, managed to secure me several offers, of which one was accepted within 10 days of my property being marketed for sale. Have recently switched from Romans to Coopers and honestly the difference in service levels is extremely noticeable! Have interacted with Jayde and Sophie who is constantly keeping me updated and has been so informative thus far! Finally feels like I’m in safe hands, and hope it stays this way!
