From my first interview with Anthony I understood that Coopers is an unusually person-centred house agents, sensitive to the individuality and needs of a seller. The firm struck me from the first as highly principled, refusing to push for unrealistic prices or exaggerating assets .
During the months which followed, from May 2025 when the house went on the market until December 2025 when contracts were exchanged, every interaction, (initially with Matthew and then with Oliver , the young men who did the footwork in introducing potential buyers to the property ) was outstanding. They never failed to inform me in advance of intended visits, always stuck with my instructions ( depending on the weather, windows to be left open or closed, house alarm scrupulously reactivated ) and with a sense of humour and kindness about them.
Honesty prevailed at awkward moments ( when the market drove the price down) . I felt they were realistic and did not try to sugar pills or exaggerate strengths or weaknesses. After a sterile few weeks in mid summer with few buyers , they put in extra efforts .
When it came to the final mile Oliver earnt my trust again in the way he exercised skilful negotiations to bring all parties through to agreement. In the end, after completion, I felt all the team were friends. No day when I emailed them went by without a return phone call or email.
I would recommend Coopers Pinner Branch without reservation to anyone looking for a highly experienced, realistic and sensible approach to a sale. Above all they earnt and I am convinced deserved my trust .

I recently just completed on a house purchase with Coopers after a very stressful 7 months! Whilst it was unfortunately a very long conveyancing process (due to my sale in the chain), Matthew at Coopers was nothing but helpful and patient throughout. With no other estate agent involved in the chain, he would diligently follow up with all solicitors in the chain to ensure updates were provided promptly. Am so disappointed in this letting company. I viewed a property with them on 19th August 2024. They told me to fill an offer form which I did on 21st August 2021. They promised I was going to get the property and asked that I wait for them to get back to me after taking copies of my passport, bank statement, payslips. I kept waiting and week after week I kept calling them. After 3 weeks of waiting, they still asked me to wait for another week. Eventually they called me on 14th September telling me the Landlord will like to schedule a zoom meeting with all those interested in the property. I agreed because they had promised I will get the property and I'd been waiting for almost a month. Until Today, 26th September 2024, I've received no zoom call from the landlord and the property is showing on rightmove as off the market. This is terrible thing to do to people. Please don't promise people and then treat them anyhow. You made me waist a lot of time and now I have to start looking for another property with the limited time that I have. You didn't even deem it right to inform me that you're giving the property out to another person. I would've still been waiting if not that I found it out myself plus you took sensitive information of me knowing that you won't give me the property. Very terrible attitude indeed. I would never recommend their services to anyone.... I would give zero star if is possible.

I identified a rental property through Rightmove, which was being managed by Coopers. Throughout the process from the beginning till I moved in, the agent, Shivani, had been very helpful and responsive. She acted as a conduit between me and the landlord and ensured all my queries were answered.
The only slight inconvenience I faced was with their move-in partner, TenantShop, who I felt were a bit pushy into taking utilities and insurance plans through them. Going through them is totally optional, and if you have the time and patience to hunt around, you may be able to get better deals elsewhere.
Overall, it was a pleasant experience dealing with Coopers for moving into my new rental property.

I have found Oliver at Coopers Pinner very friendly and helpful every time I speak with him. Great experience with Anne who is my property manager. She is very responsive and extremely kind in all our exchanges and always resolves any problems that I have. I am able to experience my home without intrusion which isn't always the case with other agencies or private landlords. I have renewed my tenancy easily for another year and I am very happy with the agency overall, specially Anne for making my life (and my kitty's) life so much easier.

Wonderful experience with my new property manager Chloe. Always extremely responsive and so nice and very respectful of my property when she came.
As I am moving to another city I have had to (unfortunately) give my notice and Chloe has been super helpful since, answering all my queries and making my last couple of months at my place stress free.
