Generally very pleasant to deal with. Had to correct a few mistakes they made with the listing which surprised me. Also they initially had to be pushed to progress the sale. However the team were polite, informed me on progress when it was made and generally I was pleased with the overall experience. I was also slightly surprised that they require an up-front payment of £300 for photos that you only get back if they complete the sale. This was in contrast to all other agents.... Read more
