I recently sold my cottage through Country Properties, Shefford branch. Jamie and his team were so helpful throughout the whole process. They were always able to support you on the end of a phone in their calm, friendly and possitive manner.<br><br>They are a truly wonderful team to work with, lovely people, efficient and showed such professionalism throughout.<br><br>I would not hesitate using Country Properties, Shefford again and highly recommend them. Phil and the team at Country Properties have been absolutely brilliant with my house sale, and I would absolutely and whole heartedly recommend them. Right from the start, I have been treated with respect and courtesy, even if at times I got a bit stressed. Phil was honest and supportive and guided me through the process with kindness and great knowledge. We were selling our mother’s house and, as we don’t live in the area, we asked a couple of local people for recommendations. Both suggested Country Properties, and we’re so glad they did.
From start to finish, our experience was fantastic. Selling a property can be stressful, especially when you’re dealing with it from a distance, but they made everything as straightforward and hassle-free as possible.

This is the second time I've used Country Properties Ampthill, and once again the service has been excellent.
A big thank you to Sasha and Jake, who have been incredibly helpful throughout the whole moving process so far. Communication has been fantastic, with constant updates and reassurance at every stage, making what can be a stressful experience feel much more manageable.
Their professionalism, friendliness and dedication to keeping everything moving smoothly have really stood out. Nothing has ever felt like too much trouble.
A special thank you also to Harry and Ken for their support along the way. It's clear that the whole team genuinely cares about their clients and works hard to make the moving process as smooth and stress-free as possible.
I wouldn't hesitate to recommend Country Properties Ampthill and would happily use them again in the future.

I don't feel they really put any effort into trying to sell our property. The quality of the pictures and listing was not up to scratch. We had to chase for information a lot. I regret choosing them.
