Country Propeties in Ampthill were brilliant with our house move. They not only found us a buyer in a matter of days but also an amazing new house when our original purchase fell through!<br>They fixed the chain incredibly quickly when it broke quite far down the line and were very good at keeping us updated throughout.<br>The team are great, we wouldn’t hesitate to recommend them!

On my recent purchase, my contacts Sasha, Harry and Ken were fantastic to deal with. Buying or selling houses can be mega stressful but fortunately I had no issues at all when it came to the agent end of things, they were really responsive, accommodated visits to the property, really helpful with getting info back to me and communication was generally very good.<br>I wouldn't hesitate using them again and would definitely recommend them if anyone is looking to sell.

We used Country Properties in Ampthill to sell our house in what has been a difficult housing market over the last 18 months. They realistically valued our house and although it has taken a while to sell, their tenacity and friendly professionalism got there in the end. They also found us a house to move to only around the corner.<br><br>A lot of credit must go to Sasha who was always positive, even when the chain broke, she got it fixed quickly!<br>Over the last 40 years we have only bought and sold through Country Properties in Ampthill and would highly recommend them.

I don't feel they really put any effort into trying to sell our property. The quality of the pictures and listing was not up to scratch. We had to chase for information a lot. I regret choosing them.
