We chose Scott after our neighbours suggested him. He had sold their house and they were really impressed by him.
Our house is old and really special to us, so we needed an estate agent who would really focus on it and understand it's qualities, to seek out the right buyers. Scott did this brilliantly and from initial meeting through photographs and initial launch, to finding the eventual buyers and even the long onerous sale process, we never regretted choosing him and his team.
My limited experience of estate agents tells me that you are better off working with someone who is very local, and very motivated to look after you personally. If you're lucky enough to have a house in the WR2 postcode, Scott is absolutely the person to have in your corner.

WR Estate Agents are fantastic! They sold our house very quickly, getting the right people through the door who were actually proceedable (unlike what we had a few years back with another agent). When the seller pulled out, they were quick and efficient on getting it back on the market again, and it sold again after less than 2 weeks! We completed last week and couldn't have done it without Scott, Jenny and Abi. They kept us updated throughout, sometimes quicker than our solicitor, making the whole thing fairly stress free. Wow - I’ve never felt such pressure to do a company justice in a review before. I’m not sure words will describe how incredible Scott and his team are, but we will give it a go!
We asked Scott for a house valuation off the back of good word of mouth. He was prompt, friendly, professional and a stand up guy from the off. From there we didn’t bother looking else where, we knew he was our guy!
And thank goodness we chose WR. It’s as simple as this, we would never have got our house purchase over the line if it wasn’t for him and how crazy is that? He was selling our home for us and extended his service way further by helping us so much with our onwards purchase. Scott and his team pick up the slack from all other estate agents that simply don’t make moves the same way WR does. They never sat in an office passing/sitting on work that needed to be done, they tackled everything promptly and it really is this part of their service where they stand out from the rest. We never had to call for updates and get passed around the office, explaining our situation to people who had never met us. We dealt with Scott from start to finish and never once had a single problem. After choosing WR Estate Agents to market our home, Scott produced plenty of viewings and had 4 offers on the table within a week. Scott gave us a clear picture on the position of the offers and also provided advice, resulting in a sale 10% above the asking price.
We were not the easiest of customers as we changed the property we were buying twice, but we were thankful for Scott’s professionalism and patience during that period which helped us find our next dream home.
We also went with Scott’s suggestion for the conveyancer. They were excellent and very efficient when the pressure came to get the completion over the line when we finally found the right house.
Overall the communication and support was excellent (thanks to Abi who helped with this too). Everything WR promised, was delivered.
I would recommend WR to anyone looking to use a local knowledgeable agent, and have done to friends.

Exceptional communication. Clear, consistent and regular, and delivered in a medium that worked for us (phone calls are dead; group messaging allowed each of us to respond properly in our own time and in a way that keeps a record). Thorough feedback *every viewing,* and more viewings than we've had when selling any property before. WR aren't just head and shoulders above the other agents, they are above them by head, shoulders, knees and toes. They're the best on service *and* on price, which is a hard to find combination within any industry. We had converted a victorian house into 3 flats and the penthouse flat was proving difficult to sell . We approached Scott, who I knew well and asked him for his input.
He had some great ideas , including using a drone to create a video taking you through the flat and out through the patio to show the stunning views.
He had super drive and energy and soon had the flat sold at the desired price .
I would strongly recommend his creative ideas and drive and energy.

We recently instructed Scott to sell our home in Kempsey and extremely pleased with the service he provided. He was the only estate agent we interviewed who had a clear strategy for the property marketing and it genuinely seemed liked he cared and wanted to do everything he could to get the house sold. He launched the property onto the market and organised an open day for viewings, this attracted a number of viewings and generated 3 offers and ended up selling above the asking price!
He is the only estate agent in Worcester who provides a personal service and I could get hold of him for any questions or advice at any time.
Highly recommend Scott and his agency and hope his agency goes from strength to strength as he deserves it.

WR Estate Agents have been absolutely brilliant throughout the whole process of selling our house. We initially contacted Scott to value our house and asked if there was a possibility to sell off market, if he had any potential buyers looking for similar properties. Within 24 hours we had a viewing booked for a few days later, which lead to an offer above asking price.
Since day 1, Scott has been brilliant with communication, quick response times, extremely professional, ensuring that he was keeping us up to date throughout the process and even chasing solicitors when required. He completely took the stress out of house selling (and buying).

I couldn't recommend Scott enough. He didn't sell my house, but I wish he had! He helped us to find our dream home though and was incredibly accommodating doing it. He was by far the man in the know the whole way through the chain. He contacted us a full 24 hours before our own estate agents or solicitors did to tell us we were looking at exchange and completion dates! This has got to be down to the fact that the man works his backside off to get the job done. He's not a big company that just does the 9-5 to get the money in, he's a really caring individual who works hard to support his clients, and those who aren't his clients but are buying off them too it seems. I never want to move from the home he helped us find, but I can guarantee that if I ever do move it's WR for me. 100%! Words won't do justice to how amazing Scott has been from going to market to completion. But I will try to articulate a summary.
When there were unknowns, Scott took it upon himself to find out what was going on in the chain and with solicitors process. He then passed back to me what was happening and next steps.

He plans the best way to market your property to get the best price.
Scott employs a great team, warm, bubbly and professional.
Scott communicates well, he’s available by text and let’s you know in advance who you speak to should he be absent.
Our sale was complicated, at times things got tricky, but Scott was always there, chasing the appropriate people.
He’s respectful, not in anyway arrogant. He knows his stuff, but quietly and calmly.
I’d use Scott again and recommend to friends and family who want a fast and smoothly managed sale.

If I had the time I would love research to know if there was ever a slicker or swifter sale of a house.
We engaged Scott at WR to sell our home as we had found a property we wanted be they already had interest from more established buyers so we needed to get the right price for our property and in a timely fashion.
Scott met us on a Thursday to see the house and to talk about options and to understand what we wanted not only in a price but in a buyer.
We had an offer at asking price from a great established buyer with no chain the following day which we accepted.
Our property never even made it online.
Scott knows his market, knows his area and has a great way about him that you don’t feel like you are being managed to sold to.

We honestly cannot recommend Scott highly enough.
The value for money you get with WR is second to none. Scott's rates are some of the most competitive in the market but you get so much more than with other agents.
From day 1 Scott was extremely professional. He sold our property for significantly above asking price in less than a week. He kept us up to date, regularly checked in with us after the sale to ensure it was progressing as planned and gave us heaps of invaluable advice on our own search. Our search wasn't the smoothest but Scott was always willing to go that extra mile to help us.
In the end, Scott negotiated the purchase of our new house absolutely brilliantly on our behalf and we secured it after negotiations with the sellers for less than we were considering opening our offer with.
