We first put our property on the market early this year but had a bit of a challenging experience with the estate agent we first chose. After a bit of time and it not selling, we went to the Property Centre who we know sell a lot in St. John's in Worcester.
That was a really good decision as they sold it within 3 weeks of choosing them! They brought round a lot of potential buyers who all seemed really interested, and the process overall was really smooth from start to finish.
We thought Jennie was very professional and did a great job in making the experience as easy and friendly as possible, and kept us in the loop really well with updates. The whole team at the St John's office too were also brilliant (as was Heather, our sales progressor).

I have used Ian Jack for mortgages several times before in the past when he worked for other companies who told me he had retired when it came to needing input again. I was very relieved to find this misleading information and find Ian still working in mortgages at the Property Centre. I arranged an appointment after being totally out of my depth with a mortgage issue. Within less than an hour Ian and the property centre had resolved my issue, brought me more time to make changes and given me a plan of what I need to do next.
Absolutely fantastic as always, I couldn't recommend Ian any more highly.

I strongly recommend the team at The Property Centre, St John's, Worcester for their friendly approach, customer focus, knowledge of the local area and also, the Sales Progression Team for the excellent service we encountered during our recent, very difficult, flat purchase.
We were kept up to date with regular phone calls and emails, with the amazing Susan Moffat coordinating between the seller, their conveyancer, our solicitor and ourselves. During a simple cash/vacant possession purchase that dragged on for 28 weeks due to holdups on the vendors side, Susan became a beacon of hope when we were loosing faith. TLDR: The Property Centre were excellent, from valuation, sales, and fulfilment. I wouldn't use another estate agent again.
I sold my house with the Property Centre, Worcester after receiving several valuations from other competitors. The Property Centre were the most thorough, competitively priced, and only estate agents to actually follow-up and check in whilst I considered my options. James (the manager) sold my house painlessly, within a weekend, achieving over the asking price. He gave sound advice throughout, and without the hyperbole and bluster that is stereotypically associated with an estate agent.
Susan (the Sales Progressor) provided regular updates in her role as the sales fulfilment and progression, at times keeping me more informed than my conveyancing solicitor. She was diligent and professional, I couldn't have asked for more.
All in all, I'd absolutely recommend the Property Centre. They were professional and made the process as easy as possible. I wouldn't go with another estate agent again.

We had a virtual tour sent to us before it hit the market and went to view it a few days later and made an offer which was accepted. We had a brilliant buying experience from all the staff at St Johns who we dealt with, very polite and professional staff who kept us updated. A very good experience from start to finish during a pandemic too!. Excellent first response to get the property marketed after lockdown ended. Unfortunately we had some sales collapse due to change of heart by buyers during this uncertain time but TPC sold the property 3 times within a week each time. I honestly do not know where they could have significantly improved their service.
