House was priced too high to start with so had to lower the asking price within 2 weeks and in the 5 weeks we had the house on the market with them we had no interest what so ever whereas other properties on our street were sold within 3 weeks when they were listed with a different estate agent.... In choosing Farrell Heyworth I was promised the free service of a professional photographer. This never materialised and photos were taken by the estate agent. On at least 3 occasions I had queries unanswered when expecting a return call. There was a visit that I wasn't notified of beforehand and also despite a specific request to not have any signage they put a 'sold' board up. The sale was protracted and eventually a much reduced sale price was accepted. Their attitude to my complaint was dismissive and responses were laboured. When I sold my previous home through FH, around 10 years ago, they were excellent but for this transaction I paid top price for a consistently poor quality service.... Read more
