We found Keenans to be very professional and helpful from the start. Rick, Dave and Johnathon helped to value the property, take great pictures, produce a lovely brochure and get the property on the market in a very short time.
This helped to get the property under offer within 48 hours of the first viewing, allowing us to proceed with the purchase we wanted.
Katie went above and beyond and was excellent at keeping in touch even if just to say nothing had changed.
Would use Keenans again ( if we were moving again ???? ) and recommend to others.

One of the worst experiences I’ve had buying a property. Lack of professionalism from start to finish. Constantly had to chase for updates and the whole process was just a nightmare. Would not recommend buying from Keenan’s avoid if you can. Kieran was really poor too was very hard to get hold of which was frustrating.

We purchased through Keenans, having used a different estate agent to sell our home. Our house purchase and upward chain was very complex and there was lots of moving parts.
Out of all of it Ella was amazing, providing updates from up the chain, as well as some honest suggestions of what to do. She was proactive, and always took the time to answer the phone.
I can honestly say I would have no issues selling though Keenans if Ella is the person on the phone to my buyers.

Very happy to recommend Keenans at Clitheroe-We were moving from our family home of 19 years and making a lifestyle change and downsizing. We were reassured from the outset and the team ensured that we got the best price and buyers before then finding us our house.
There were several ups and downs over the six month process but the team ensured that the natural bumps were smoothed out.
The whole team were excellent but particular mention to Helena at point of valuation who was very supportive, David whilst selling the house who was outstanding and finally Emily and Liam.
I know Emily and Liam worked really hard to keep the buying chain complete and showed great professionalism and dedication and weren't shy to push things along with some parties who worked a little slowly-Thanks to you all -Great team , great people who do a great job.

My experience with Keenan’s wasn’t great, I bought a house from them but getting information out of them was poor, I never got a call back when I called and actually found out more information myself about the progress of the sale. It seems like they are very busy getting the sales in but lack the customer service skills, which is essential as communication is everything when you are buying/selling your home. I would not recommend them.

We just completed a purchase with Keenan's and the whole experience with this branch was great throughout. Helena was an absolute miracle worker, like many others we were trying to complete while the stamp duty holiday was still in effect, she pulled out all the stops and dealt with our many random (and probably stupid) questions with good grace and efficiency. she was the glue between us and the solicitors, and we made it with 2 weeks to spare. Brilliant job, would recommend in a heartbeat!!

I contacted Keenans to find out some further details about a house I was interested in buying. After 10 days they didn't get back to me. I contacted them again, still after two days no information. The house is less than £100,000 but still I would expect decent customer service. If you want to sell your house then I suggest NOT to use this estate agent. As a potential buyer I have given up on the house I wanted to view because of them. Very disappointing.

We had our property on the market with another estate agent, unfortunately the sale fell through twice. We were very disheartened by it and took it off the market. Adam got in touch with us, we got to see a lot of Adam at viewings etc and he reassured us that it’s worth another try and that Keenan’s will make sure the property sells. We put it on the market with Keenan’s there was never a week without viewings they really tried their best to get us a buyer. In 3 months time we agreed a sale and the service has been amazing we are really impressed. It doesn’t stop there, throughout the whole process they got to know exactly what we were looking for and found us the perfect property which we snapped up as soon as it came up on the market!
They have maintained an excellent customer service throughout... looking forward to completion of both the sale and purchase... fingers crossed!

We had a pretty poor experience dealing with this company whilst buying a house. One man was very rude during our initial enquiries/bids, and then once we had a bid accepted we were told by the vendor that they were being hounded by Keenans to accept an offer off someone else. Thankfully they resisted this pressure. For the 3 months that the sale was going on, I had 2 calls. Once immediately after our bid was accepted, and once on the day of completion. Not a single update on any progress throughout the whole process. Not even a congratulations when we picked up the keys, we were just rudely asked for ID.

I just wanted to say a massive thank you to the staff at Keenans in selling our loveLy little three bed house in Whalley. We had already been on the market with a different agent with no joy but Keenans not only got a lot of buyers through the door, they were able to bring offers in. From the outset the quality was obvious compared to the competitors. The professional photography made our property stand out on Rightmove and Zoopla. The agents knew our house well and were brilliant at keeping us updated. The stand out service for us was the sales facilitation team and in particular Stacey. They chased up loose ends to make sure the sale completed. Stacey even went the extra mile fixing the lock on our back door! Thank you all!
