We 100% made the right choice in going with Haboodle. I genuinely believe that we wouldn’t have achieved the sale price we did had we not followed Dan’s advice. He knows his stuff, with years of experience behind him he is definitely someone you can trust.
Having had mixed experiences with other agents in the past I would say Dan is in a league of his own. His market insight, strategy, proactive nature and his excellent communication skills are what drive his success.
Selling a property can be a bumpy journey but whenever an issue arose Dan called us, usually with a plan he’d already set in motion to resolve it!
I’m not usually given to writing reviews but I have no hesitation in recommending Haboodle. If you need an estate agent, you’ll be in very safe hands with Dan.

Dan was like no other estate agent we have dealt with. From the very start he put heart and soul into getting our house on the market and sold. The advice we got on ‘staging’ our home was brilliant. As a result the photos (and video) were of the calibre you’d expect to see in expensive living and home magazines. He personally took charge of the photo and video shoot, helped move furniture and even took recycling out to my car! Dan’s approach is very personal and he was easy to communicate with and made himself available whenever we needed him. When the house was marketed there were several immediate enquiries and when Dan showed the first people around they made an offer there and then at a substantial amount above the initial asking price. This was all down to Dan and his hard work and understanding of the local market. If you want an estate agent you can trust and who will work for you like he’s selling his own property the. He had clearly gathered detailed information about the house in advance which ensured we quickly had answers, for example when and what building works/alterations that had been made in the past. He also had a deep knowledge of the surrounding area.

We sold our house with Haboodle and it was a long process with many bumps along the way, but Dan was excellent in dealing with any issues and quickly found solutions.
Half way through the process everyone’s worst nightmare occurred - our buyer pulled out! But Dan reassured us that we would go back on the market and he would give it his full attention. Within a week he found us a new buyer preventing us not to lose out on the house we wanted to buy!
Dan was excellent, he was constantly chasing solicitors and estate agents up and down the chain to ensure things were moving as swiftly as possible.
We had not heard of Haboodle before we met Dan on an initial viewing and we were hesitant at first to proceed, but I can honestly say I’m thankful we did. No other estate agent will be able to offer the same level of service that Dan and Haboodle has given us!
I truly cannot recommend Haboodle enough!

Having worked with a number of estate agents over the last few years, Haboodle have by far been the best.
Dan in particular formulated a sales strategy no other agent had thought of before. He incorporated a comprehensive floor plan that included the entire space including small utility areas and the garden in full.
All other agents had ommitted the smaller utility spaces and detached garden space on either side of the property.
Dan was also able to get me the absolute maximum achievable on my home having tried a number of agents previously and failed. He did so within 10 days of going on the market!
Although my home was not part of a chain, I was looking at purchasing another home and wanted the two transactions to tie in if at all possible. Despite all odds and a painful purchase chain involving 6 parties, Dan was able to make this possible, even though it had no bearing on the sale of my existing property.
I am extremely grateful to Dan for his extraordinary efforts, his ability to think out of the box and for executing an effective sales strategy through diligence and sheer perseverance.
I will most certainly always consider Haboodle in the future. Their digital processes and systems take an innovative approach to arranging viewings, recieving feedback and accepting an offer that makes the entire process simple and easy.

Dan helped us sell our first house, and was already really helpful in our search for our second house. He’s incredibly knowledgeable about the area and the market and really went above and beyond to help us through ever step. He found our buyers within a week of listing and achieved a price we were all happy with. While our completion was ultimately delayed, this was due to other parties in the chain and Dan remained on the front foot throughout.
