Buying and selling a house can be stressful, but they always treated us with kindness, empathy and patience, keeping everyone informed and doing everything they could to move things forward.<br><br>What impressed us the most was how they went above and beyond when the chain was at risk. They stepped in, worked tirelessly behind the scenes and quite literally helped save the deal. She has been dealing with a particularly problematic tenant and has kept me informed every step of the way, providing regular updates and maintaining excellent communication throughout.<br><br>More recently, I received a court summons from the council relating to charges that should have been paid by the tenant. Aggie immediately took ownership of the matter, liaising directly with the council and providing all the necessary documentation to resolve the issue. Thanks to her prompt action and diligence, we did not have to attend court.<br><br>She also contacted the energy company on my behalf and ensured that my details were removed from the account, as the tenant was responsible for the utility bills. This saved me a significant amount of time and stress.<br>Aggie is professional, proactive, knowledgeable, and always willing to go the extra mile.<br><br>Her dedication and attention to detail have given me complete confidence that my property is being managed effectively. I would highly recommend her to anyone looking for a reliable and exceptional property manager.

Nicola Macdonald and Grant Brown stood out as extremely efficient, professional estate agents who kept me informed at all stages of the process and who were always on hand to answer any queries I might have. They found a buyer quickly and took the pain out of what could have been a very trying experience. They were helpful and friendly and I'm extremely grateful to them. I would recommend Choices to anyone wishing to sell their property.
5th Aug 2026 (18 days ago)Stayed at a short stay hosted by this company, they make you pay a £300 deposit outside of the booking app, the booking app states 7 days for this to be returned having chased this they said that their policy is 10 days, upon constant chasing 30+ days later this has still not been returned for various reasons, people on holiday, back logs etc etc, with numerous occasions of people not getting back to me, after an unsatisfactory conversation where I was told they could not give me a timescale and if I had a problem raise it with my bank. I have then left a negative review across popular review sites. They have manged to remove one of these. they have now said that they would not refund the owed deposit until I removed the review from this site, which I did as I need my money back. 5 days later still no refund so I am now posting again, really dissapointed. I have text evidence of this interaction. it is now the 5th August and no refund.
12th Aug 2026 (11 days ago)Recently let a property with Leaders - process was fast and pretty smooth. What I would say is how pro active Carol was in property management. Identifying issues, getting all prepared in good time, arranging contractors and dealing with exiting tenants. I guess Carol doesn't sleep as responses were fast and prompt at all times of the day. Excellent service

From the very beginning, she kept us informed at every stage with excellent communication, always responding promptly and making sure we understood what was happening.<br><br>Our conveyancing journey was far from straightforward, with several unexpected challenges along the way. Despite this, Tiarnae remained calm, professional and proactive throughout. She went above and beyond to keep the chain together, even holding it until exchange, which was instrumental in ensuring everything progressed successfully.<br><br>Her dedication and patience in providing an outstanding service made a stressful process much easier for us. He arranged for a contractor with a strong reputation to attend, and the repair was completed within 24 hours.<br><br>The contractor also provided a clear and thorough report, which helped us understand the cause of the issue much better. We really appreciated Leon's prompt action, professionalism and commitment to resolving the matter.<br><br>We would have no hesitation in recommending the full property management service provided by the Countrywide Group.

Eve, Lino and the team were all very helpful, responsive and fully cooperative until the end. They went above and beyond and if we sell again it will definitely be through them. Thank you!

She was incredibly kind, attentive, and patient throughout the process. She took the time to listen, understood exactly what I was looking for, and her professionalism and dedication made everything smooth and stress free.<br><br>Unfortunately, during the process I came across another property that was a better fit for my preference. Despite this, Georgia remained understanding, supportive, and maintained excellent communication throughout.<br><br>Thank you once again for all your help and effort. They helped us from<br>Start to finish, from negotiating, communicating with the seller and when the inevitable hurdles came (not from MV!) they helped us patiently, and made what could have been a bumpy process feel very smooth keeping both us and the seller of the property reassured and happy.
