Awful experience. The first lady that came to value property was great and I decided to proceed. 2 days later Inwas told she had left the company. I was going to go elsewhere but the manager visited the property and assured me that if I continued with them that my property would be marketed well and that they had interested buyers in the area. Long story short, they had staffing issues with only 1 person in the office. When trying to call for updates I just couldn’t get through to the office! No board was ever put up at the property. The photos and description wasn’t particularly great either. I had zero viewings and ended my contract with them as soon as I could. Stay clear!... Read more

Very negative experience with Halls and Benson. The house was up with them for 4 weeks in that time we never heard from them regarding anything and requested a sign to be put up outside the house and it never arrived after asking multiple times. The initial contract they tried to sign us up for was 6 months which is disgusting considering the lack of effort or energy they put in to at least try and sell the house.... Read more

I believe they over valued the property given the current climate. They told me what it was worth and not what I could sell it for. In 5 months they did not provide 1 persion to view the property I felt I had no option but to auction the property.... Read more
