The entire process was handled so well. All correspondence, viewing and information I needed and requested as a first time renter were handled so quickly and helpfully! I cant speak too broadly on lack of experience with other estate agencies but from the great experience I’ve had I’d strongly recommend Harwood. My agent was Frankie who’s been really approachable as well as being professional in helping me. Proper mix of getting good information while still feeling comfortable with talking with someone genuine. Literally haven’t had a single issue whatsoever. 10/10 ????

I can't praise Dean enough for the time and energy he spent helping me at a very stressful time. He pulled out all the stops to help bring the sale of my house to a close when there were a lot of external issues that were looking as if I might lose the sale. He kept in touch with clear and reassuring advice and information and went way above and beyond, nothing was ever too much trouble for him. His positive can-do attitude and transparent honesty was really refreshing. Five stars is not a high enough rating for the team at Harwood in Wellington. I have been a tenant with them twice and I've not only been treated well, I've felt genuinely looked after and cared for.
The team at Harwood appreciate a tidy and respectful tenant and in return will go out of their way to communicate kindly, arrange appointments, fix problems, follow up on actions and genuinely care about your answer when they ask how you're getting on.
Massive thank you to Joan for your kindness and attention to detail, Summer for your professional, friendly efficiency and James for appreciating my silly emails.

Having had several properties in the Telford area for many years we had used two agents both had good and bad points, but we were never really 100 % satisfied with their services. As a landlord and not living local to your houses you want to know you have an agent looking after your interests. What does a landlord want from their agent? Well, I want the following.
• Good communication skills: Keep us always informed, text e-mail etc. Let us know about the tenants wanting to view a property and good feedback once they have viewed. Let us know if the property is not at its best so we can correct it.
• Tenant selection: short list applicants and let us know their gut feeling which is the best prospective tenant for us.
• Documentation: Make sure we have supplied all the correct documentation and comply with all the current regulations.
• Payments and deposits: Process payments in a timely manner. This one has been a big bugbear for me in the past where previous agents have held on to the rent and deposit for up to 2 weeks before passing it on. This creates a delay for us protecting a tenant’s deposit.
Well, thankfully after contacting a further 3 agents in the Telford area and explaining our situation and requirements only one agent met all our criteria. Harwood estate agent (Wellington branch) Now having had them complete two new tenants for us in a relatively short time I feel I’m able to compare and share our experience with you. I would like to say a big thanks to Joan, Nicky, and the rest of the wellington office for their support.

Harwoods restored my faith in Estate Agents after a horrific experience with Nick Tart.
The care, attention and communication which they give is second to none. People who came to view my house even said they were really prompt and professional which was nice to hear. They are always cheery, friendly and approachable whenever you talk to them.
Overall, they act in your best interest, never put any pressure on you and listen.

Dean, Dawn and the Team at Harwoods Wellington went above and beyond for the sale of our property. We had a few setbacks because of lockdown and we had a lot of setbacks as our buyers were using a terrible national conveyancer who's communication was appalling but Dean always made sure he kept us informed, helped out where he could and ensured that we got the result we wanted.

The property was sold on the same day that it was placed on the market, especially impressive as this was in December - not the best time to sell a property. I was kept informed of progress all the way through the sale process, and supported with information and advice whenever it was needed. Very friendly and efficient staff, who really knew their business and made the whole process really smooth, even assisting with prompting my solicitor and liasing between the buyers and myself.Really very much appreciated service and wouldn’t hesitate to recommend the office in Wellington.

After a terrible experience with the agency next door, I used Harwood to let out my property. The entire team at Harwood were amazing from start to finish and I could not have asked for a better service. Particularly outstanding was Joan. Joan was so incredibly experienced, knowledgable and efficient in every aspect, that I was able to completely leave everything in her hands and feel completely at ease. After the tenancy ended we chose to let to a family member, but if we ever need letting or sales services in the future, we will be back to Harwood without hesitation.
