7th Jan 2026 (10 weeks ago)After meeting several estate agents and getting valuations from all them, we were immediately impressed by Knight Franks professional and friendly approach plus their positive response to our property. Although we waited quite a long time to decide to proceed, Knight Frank were understanding, realistic, efficient and professional throughout. They prepared marketing materials, gave clear information about pricing, targeted appropriate clients for our property throughout a very difficult time. Florence Biss was our main contact and we cannot rate her highly enough, great communication, positive throughout and always responsive to our concerns. We ultimately achieved a positive outcome to a very complicated sale of house, land and outbuildings which I am not sure we would have achieved with some of the other companies. I am happy to recommend Knight Frank

They guided us through the sale. Brian did a great job from start to finish , getting us the best price and making the brochure look stunning . Their speed, transparency and willing to advise were top rated and would highly recommend them for all their help in finding a place, probably the best place for me while is working away from home. 24th Jan 2026 (8 weeks ago)Would recommend Zoe/Red Deer without any hesitation whatsoever. A long, awful, drawn out 6 month chain, with solicitors leaving, indemnity insurance issues, cancelled movers and the rest. Despite this Zoe was there to help at every stage. From initial visit we knew we had found the perfect estate agent. Zoe knew the area, respected our cottage, valued well and presented it superbly. 3 other "big name" estate agents valued our property ( 7 miles outside Bridgwater) but had no idea - they valued between £100,000 and £170,000 LESS !....seemed unless they had a street of identical properties to base their valuation on, then they had no clue !..SOLD at virtually asking price to third viewers. Zoe continually went above and beyond, sorting many issues that were not part of her remit but got us over the line a week before Christmas. I WOULD RECOMMEND RED DEER 101% AND FREELY PERMIT ZOE TO PASS ON MY EMAIL SHOULD ANYONE WANT TO VERIFY MY REVIEW.....

We did sell under the property valuation but I think that's more due to our selling position.- 29th Nov 2025 (16 weeks ago)Really glad I sold my house through GR, from the start Nick was really approachable, friendly and so positive about the house it really made you think his team would ‘sell’ it for you, which they did! Great value for money as the percentage fee was more than competitive. The ladies in the office were always friendly and nothing was ever too much for them. The sales progression was a smooth process and I was kept up to date every step of the way. A great experience all round, thank you.

26th Jun 2025 (8 mo. ago)As Palmer Snell is part of a larger network, they had to deal with a central office which delayed thing at times. All the people, i dealt with were very pleasant and helpful. I was a little disappointed with the photography as all the staging was left to me and nothing was arranged to make it look better.

Highly professional and friendly too. The only Estate Agent I've ever felt strongly and positively about recommending ... and I've used a few!
21st Feb 2025 (1 year ago)Disclaimer: We were looking for a commercial lease and did not proceed however we were impressed with the service and communication from Thomas. We cannot report on the experience after this point. We were interested in a property in Truro and had Thomas Hewitt show us around. He arrived promptly and was respectful. He gave us clear updates each step of the way after the viewing up until the heads of terms. Unfortunately due to external circumstances we were unable to pursue the lease beyond this point, however we were impressed with such frequent updates from the agent even if it's to say when I can expect a response to the questions we asked. Thank you for your time, hopefully we can be back in the future with our financials in order.

Refused a viewing as my current landlord is a guarantor for some one in a property they manage who hasn't paid rent. Don't see how that involves me or why they feel the need to share that information. Looking at Welden & Edwards reviews they need to have a look at there staff.

9th Aug 2025 (7 mo. ago)After 10 days I changed estate agents as was not happy with Nest. They have no office they only advertise on Rightmove but didn't mention this before the ad went live. They were a grand more expensive than some other estate agents. My house was badly advertised at first like a kids Wendy house. No for sale sign turned up and I was given an EPC through the estate agent which was overpriced. This was all done by Oliver who was also about to go on leave for a week. I would not recommend Nest and only went with them as buying a new house through them.
