We decided to instruct Good child's to sell our property for us as we felt we were getting value for money with what they offered.
Communication was excellent from start to finish, they dealt with any questions we had and offered solutions.
Everyone was knowledgeable about the progress of the house and we had regular emails and phone calls to keep us up to date.
The photos were of a high quality and well presented for buyers.

Did try their very best to sell our house but we feel there was a lot of time wasting going on….big problems was getting feedback felt that we had to chase for feedback…other problem several couples did say that trying to contact Goodchilds and they were past to a calling central log system..
Financial markets plus liz truss budget didn’t help us and now we feel the market is flat…

When Nick first came out to value our house, he stood out from the other estate agents as he seemed to get exactly what we wanted/needed.
We sold quickly and there was a brief period where we felt as if nothing was happening - enter Lorraine. With problems with a solicitor in our chain, Lorraine was amazing at getting us to completion. An amazing reflection on the whole company.
Overall, would we use Goodchilds again? Yes. Much better than previous estate agent experiences. Highly recommended.

Nick is a great estate agent, professional and polite and very obliging, his details and photographs were amazing. Lorraine in the office was very helpful and went out of her way to help with the sale and the purchase, as was Connor and all the staff. I would highly recommend these agents, Fantastic my thanks to everyone.
