Estate agents generally have a reputation for poor customer service standards and this place is a prime example of the genre. Having booked a viewing I was promised a call back on additional details prior to viewing. I didn’t get the call and they had the cheek to call and challenge me for wasting their time by not turning up.I politely pointed out that their representative did not do what she said she would do and therefore I felt I owed them no due courtesy - no apology, no business done. Top tip Harrison Robinson - don’t employ people with little apparent sense of professional etiquette or understanding of basic business behaviours. Shame is it was nice house... Read more
