Exemplary service! We had our ‘large and niche’ home on the market with another large company for over a year, to no avail, before Andrew’s handwritten letter popped through the letterbox. It gave us a sense of his ‘personal’ approach and knowledge and so we met him and as soon as we did, we just knew he’d sell our home in half the time (he did). From the moment we engaged him he came armed with a marketing strategy and approach so different to the blase attitude that dominates the bigger players at this end of the market; Andrew was keen and raring to go- he wanted us sold do we could move on and he achieved this goal in just a few months! Our house was a very very niche sale, and we were very happy with the timescales that happened in the end, we only wish we’d known about him in 2023…! His attention, service and care is professional yet personal, it’s small company so he, or one of his associates were always in touch with us weekly (daily towards the end) with updates and info and we had more viewings in the first week alone than the entire year before with the other company! We were very very happy with Enfields and know of other houses locally he’s successfully sold. I would not hesitate to recommend him for success - his positivity and enthusiasm knows no bounds and reminds me of a Yorkshire version of Fredrik Eklund/Ryan Serhant!! I've used a few estate agents in my time, most good and some not so good. However Andrew and Erin at Enfields wharfdale are a refreshing change for the better. They are proffesional, courteous and prompt in replying to questions and returning calls etc. They have recently completed a property sale for me and i couldnt be happier. We switched to Enfield late last year. House had been off and on the market for a while - lots of viewings but no sale. Andrew (the owner) had a clear strategy around how and when he would market our property. He was also very easy to deal with. The strategy involved putting the house back on the market from Boxing Day (which surprised us) using a completely new set of pictures and a revised asking price. Andrew also showed all prospective buyers around the house. We got lots of interest and quite quickly an offer at the asking price.
