Launch prices was way too high, so much so that we felt uncomfortable. Photography was poor, photographer moved around our house without me being there to arrange, or move items for a clean view of the room being photographed. Felt very hurried and the results were dark and disappointing. The communication was third rate. We had to chase them to get it - they just don't work hard to really SELL your property. Long contract of 12 weeks so need to negotiate a shorter one if you are thinking of going with this lot...not sure how they sell, it must just be the house itself if they are lucky enough to get the listing....only to reduce the price 6 weeks later when it doesn't get any offers.... They were pretty awful throughout, communication was horrendous and Will was a joke, communication was horrendous and sent very strange emails once we’d decided to pull out of using Henry Adam’s. The house has remained unsold.... Read more

My husband and I recently purchased a property through Henry Adams, and overall it was a very quick process—everything was completed within two months, which was brilliant for us. The communication could have been a little better at times, and I did have to do some chasing, but in the end we are very happy with our new home and can’t wait to move in. Everyone I spoke to over the phone was polite, friendly, and helpful. From what I understand, the original agent who dealt with us is no longer with the company, so that may explain some of the communication gaps. All in all, a smooth and speedy purchase with a professional team, and we’re grateful to Henry Adams for helping us secure our lovely new house.... Read more

We were really excited to work with Henry Adams as the valuation went well and they seemed to show good local knowledge, plans were made for an open day etc. However, once we had booked an appointment for the photographer things started to unravel. The photographer was almost 2 hours late, with minimal communication, he was very rushed once he had arrived to the point that mistakes were made on his floor plan and some photos were not usable. It took over a week for this to be rectified (significantly delaying the launch of our property) which was compounded by a need to keep correcting mistakes in the Henry Adams brochure (including orientation of the house, existence of part of the building and the guide price). The end result was that our property was not on the market until almost 3 weeks into our contract. At this point viewings were booked and the idea of the open day was dropped - without prior discussion. For a few weeks we had minimal viewings, and minimal feedback which led us to the decision to drop the price and give notice that we wished to end the contract. At this point I will say the service improved dramatically, significantly better communication and feedback. However, significant opportunities had been missed and it was unfortunately ‘too little too late’.... Read more

I chose Henry Adams Horsham as in addition to them being a local agent they advertise on all online sites including Rightmove, Prime Location, Zoopla & On The Market.com They were good with communication & proactive to get viewings & an offer after just 3 weeks on the market! Sadly the sale fell through but neighbour has now sold their property to them also via Henry Adams.... Read more
