Complete Crap, RENTERS AVOID.
Henry Adams arbitrarily decided to base income requirements for renting off net income, contrary to best practice and what every other estate agent follows to do referencing. Maria is completely clueless over the phone and doesn't seem to know what she's talking about.
They also love to act like they have no control over anything and it's all out of their hands. You guys are the ones doing referencing, you are the ones who set what you take into account and what platforms you use.
I would avoid if you don't want to have to deal with weeks of stress for no reason, never had an experience this terrible in all my years of renting.

I would like to express my appreciation for the excellent service we received from Danielle at Henry Adams Lettings in Emsworth. As a support worker assisting my clients in securing a property, it was important that the process was smooth and well-communicated, and Danielle was incredibly helpful throughout.
She responded to our emails very quickly, kept us updated at every stage, and assisted with everything to a very high standard. Her professionalism and willingness to help made the whole experience much easier for both myself and my clients.
I would highly recommend Henry Adams Lettings in Emsworth, and especially Danielle, for their outstanding support and service.

These guys are absolutely great - we’ve had a flat managed by them for the last few years and they’ve been spot on with everything and super helpful. Special shout out to Steph our property manager and also James and Alex for arranging the lets and being super responsive ????????????

Launch prices was way too high, so much so that we felt uncomfortable.
Photography was poor, photographer moved around our house without me being there to arrange, or move items for a clean view of the room being photographed. Felt very hurried and the results were dark and disappointing. The communication was third rate. We had to chase them to get it - they just don't work hard to really SELL your property. Long contract of 12 weeks so need to negotiate a shorter one if you are thinking of going with this lot...not sure how they sell, it must just be the house itself if they are lucky enough to get the listing....only to reduce the price 6 weeks later when it doesn't get any offers.

This estate agent tops them all! The service, the people, the management of the properties after you move in, all above anything I could have expected. Alex is an amazing person who went above and beyond for me and my family to find us a property and the same goes for James. I would never rent through anyone else ever again. Thank You!!

They had exactly the right balance being freindly and not " pushy "
The lead up to exchange with 5 in the
Chain was really unpleasant but they were always on the end of the phone and Toby personally waded in at 4PM on the last working day for solicitors on Friday the 19th to push the exchange through.
Anyone can handle an easy transaction it's the really difficult ones that show proper customer service.

Me and my partner had an extremely positive experience with Henry Adams in Petersfield.
Siobhan was the estate aged that we dealt with and she was simply fantastic.
She went above and beyond to ensure that we could move into a new rental property with extremely short notice on both parts.
We had had an unpleasant experience previously to this. Leaving us with 9 days to find somewhere to live.
She went above and beyond to ensure that all paperwork was complete and the new rental property fit to move into, even though due to our push for time it left her little time to do so.
We can’t thank her and all the team enough and we are very happy in our new home.
We are extremely grateful and would highly recommend Henry Adams in petersfield and in particular Siobhan Merrett.
