You never quite know whether to trust estate agents but I can say your move Kingsthorpe absolutely earned their salt. It took a while to sell our house due to the climate but they persevered, worked with is to get more viewings etc. It came all the more apparent ot was worth choosing them come closing the chain. They ended up not only doing their own work, but the work of other estate agents in the chain where sellers had chosen cheap agents and solicitors like purple bricks. You get what you pay for. We purchased a house who was on with purple bricks, and we even had to pay PB for something?! Ridiculous!

It`s been almost over a month since myself and my fiancé were searching for a property in Northampton ( we live in London , but not for long now ) and every real estate agent that we`ve spoken with was absolutely careless about our situation and some of them even rude, so I`ve began being desperate until I spoked with Harry from Your Move Kingsthorpe. I actually cried on the phone with him because of my desperation, and he listened to me, calmly, while I was complaining and rambling around for a good 15 minutes. He really calmed me down that day and it meant a lot. Next day I get a call from him asking me if I would be interested in viewing a property that is available, that he thinks would be perfect for us. Two days later I find myself in the most beautiful house that we have seen until then, that literally ticks all the boxes, and I still couldn`t believe how come a person that never saw us in his life can show such care and empathy and dedication. I would like to share my experience with all the staff at Your Move Kingsthorpe with my recent house sale, after a bad experience with a rival estate agents that I won’t name I switched over to Your Move, from the outset the communication was very good and everything was clearly explained to me throughout the whole process of setting my property back on to the market.
Within a few weeks of listing my house on to the market the Estate Agents found me a buyer who made an offer that was accepted.
I was regularly informed of any updates and progress from the initial offer through to exchange of contracts, there were a few teething problems near the end however Jessica went over and above to help resolve these issues to reach an amicable solution for both buyer & seller.
I was very impressed with her professionalism and tenacity.
Jess left no stone unturned to achieve a positive and successful outcome.
I must also mention Harry who I always found to be very helpful if I needed any information or advice. Harry must be commended for his cheerful manner and professional approach.

My family and I were looking for a big detached property we were ringing estate agents after estate agents seeing if they have anything coming up or know of any detached properties within our price range. After leaving our details we get a call from Sam a week later following up on us to see how we are and if we still looking, He told us about a big detached property which will be coming on but not on the market yet. Sam emailed us over the details on a Friday and on a Monday we had the viewing ticked all our boxes and we put in our offer straight away which got accepted. We are great full to Sam how he followed us up yourmove were the only estate agents in Northampton who called us. Since the purchase Sam has given us regular updates he followed the process spoke highly of the team at yourmove and the mortgage broker also, although we didn't require a mortgage broker il certainly know who I can speak to next time.

The team at Your Move Kingsthorpe have been brilliant!
They managed our property sell fantastically arranging a large amount of viewings quickly and efficiently, they were understanding of personal circumstances and made sure the viewings didn’t impact our personal life by booking block viewings, when it was convenient.
They sold our property within two weeks of it going onto the market, which was unbelievable.
One thing, that I found helpful was after each viewing that took place, a follow up phone call was made to each client for feedback, regardless if the feedback was good or bad. From attending viewings myself, no estate agent called me for feedback on the property I had viewed.
Nothing was to much trouble for Stephanie and her team and they often went that extra mile by printing and scanning documents to send to solicitors ect.

It's still early days as we have just started the process of buying the flat. From the outset Harry went out of his way to assist us the best he could. He has a great knowledge of the area and was able to pass this knowledge on to us. Harry was even willing to go to the flat and do a virtual tour for us as we weren't sure we'd be able to come up from London. Thankfully, we were able to view ourselves. Harry was well presented, very friendly, didn't rush us and made us feel so welcome, answering any questions we were unsure about. He has a 'can do attitude' aswell as being generally kind and understanding. In his absence, his colleagues at the branch were also very helpful and put us at ease. I would highly recommend them.

I have worked in the property industry myself for nearly 20 years, and when faced with the situation of having to help facilitate moving my elderly and very unwell grandmother from her family home of 60 years into a more suitable property I was faced with geographical and time challenges. We arranged for three local agents to visit and meet with my grandmother and my mother as it would be them who would have to deal with the day to day arrangements of selling a home. They decided that bar far the best prepared and enthusiastic was Joe Roberts from Your Move in Kingsthorpe. I wanted to keep a distance as to not get involved with telling other agents how to do their jobs, so was really pleased when Joe produced an excellent set of details, some really brilliant photos and a great online advert. Chris Wilson-Slight then sold the property for us after 2 weeks of block viewings and some real good old fashioned estate agency work. At this stage I was very pleased to hear the sale was going to handled by a dedicated sales progression team, being in the industry I know how difficult it can be to progress a sale as well as run a good estate agency operation. Jessica Roberts was the lucky lady who got this sale, and she turned it around within weeks with no stress or bother, it seemed to be too easy, the onward purchase however has been anything but easy. This purchase was not done via your move, and involved a seller in Australia and very poor service from their appointed conveyancer. At this point Jessica excelled, instead of seeing her sale was all done legally bar the exchange, she tirelessly worked with me to get all the legal work on the purchase completed, many times going far above and beyond what I even expected and always answered my calls, replied to emails and just got things done!!
The whole team were brilliant for me and my family, but Jessica deserves a very special mention
