If the care that they take with their business is anything like the care they take when driving in their cars, absolutely wouldn't recommend. This evening I had a Jenkins Estate Agents car try to perform a dangerous undertake as two lanes merged and squeeze in in front of me, behind the car I had already given way to. The driver then aggressively used their horn and proceeded to tailgate me. At the next junction the driver used the right hand lane (indicated for right turns only) to illegally go straight ahead in an attempt to cut in front of me. I wouldn't use a company whose representatives are aggressive, inconsiderate and dangerous. I can only imagine this is indicative of the service you can expect from this company.... Read more

I have to say from the start, just how great Jackson and Grundys letting team in Northampton are. I started my renting journey as a single woman 10 years ago and have been truely looked after by Marjana and the team. Constant clear communication always advised in advance. Any issues as a tenant were addressed and resolved very quickly and I was always kept up to date. Marjana and the team made it all so easy and efficient. This has honestly been the case for all this time of 10 years. I have been extremely lucky to now move on as a property owner but if that wasn't the case I probably would have never left. Anna and the whole team were so helpful throughout the sale and made everything a lot easier and less stressful. Even when the first sale fell through for reasons out of their control the house was back on the market the same day and had a new offer the next day.
