So bad it's actually funny. First of all impossible to get hold off. Once we eventually managed to speak to someone, they were rude, asking for random details before the viewing, even though we have everything in place, they wanted proof. No one has ever asked me so many idiotic questions before the viewng. Once this was challenged, the lady on the phone became angry stating "it's not that difficult" to send an email, not accepting that people are actually working and are not always able to send things on the spot. Based on this phone call, she has cancelled the viewing, which is shocking and funny, because some unlucky people, have lost potential buyers here. Good luck selling your house/flat with this agency.

We had a great experience with Jeffries & Dibbens, especially thanks to the manager, Rob. He was very responsive and stayed engaged with us throughout the entire sale process. Rob provided valuable advice on pricing, potential buyers, and improvements to the property.
The process moved at a reasonable pace, with plenty of viewings, and we were able to secure a buyer successfully. Rob always respected our opinions—he offered guidance without ever pushing us or making us feel pressured. His customer service skills are excellent; he's honest, trustworthy, and easy to work with.
His team, including the agents and admin staff, were also helpful and responsive—even assisting with things beyond their usual responsibilities. The completion went smoothly with no issues at all.
Rob also went above and beyond by helping us collect and send some items we had left in the property.

I recently bought my first home with Jeffries and Dibbens, the whole team was amazing throughout the entire process. Poor experience as a tenant. When I first moved into the property it had no fire alarm installed and with a persistent mouse problem. I had to buy my own batteries for the fire alarm and chase the landlord to sort the mouse problem out. Ending the tenancy early, I paid for the property to be re let and had an awful experience with Jeffries’ behaviour and my landlord.

We sold our house in August 2024 and although they did sell it, we didn't get much back from them! I found I Had to keep asking for information, rather than Jeffries keeping us informed. When we did exchange and complete, not a single word from them until now when they have asked me to do a review! In contrast, the house we purchased which was with town and country contacted me every week. As soon as we exchanged, we were contacted by 4 members of their team to congratulate us with a card and a hamper!
As I say, they did sell it, so I can't be too harsh but for the money they charge, I would of expected a bit more!

My uncle and I used Jeffries & Dibbens in Southsea to sell my great uncle's house as he had to go into a care home.
Rob and Eddie plus team were brilliant from start to finish, giving us honest advice on what best to do. As we do not live locally (50 miles away), they assisted us with every step of this journey making the process seamless. The team go above and beyond to help you and you feel supported every step of the way in a process that for many is very stressful.
The house was sold one week after we put it on the market and the sale was completed on the 20 October 2023.
We would highly recommend Jeffries and Dibbens!!

This is a belated thank you to Rob, Eddie, Molly & Brenda at Jeffries in Southsea.
We sold our house through them on October 2022 and every aspect of the service was excellent.
Moving house can be a stressful business but they provided outstanding service and support throughout.
The house was priced accurately to the market and the Jeffries team were great at showing people round and communicating with us and potential buyers. Brenda also provided helpful office support when the others were out on viewings.
The most important thing was that they seemed genuinely enthusiastic about the house and took time to find out about all aspects of it - I am sure this was conveyed to buyers.
They went above and beyond the usual service and we would definitely recommended them to anyone thinking of moving.

Throughout the sale and purchase I received regular comprehensive updates, nothing was too much trouble and I had complete confidence in the team. My purchase was complicated and I truly believe that if it wasn't for Rob's knowledge and expert advice the sale/purchase would have not have gone through, for this I am truly thankful. The whole team went above and beyond what you would expect from a regular estate agent. Jeffries is no regular estate agents, they are everything and more, offering an exceptional professional service with the personal touch. We've used Jeffries to sell our last two properties, and couldn't have asked for more. Throughout the entire process, from valuation to completion, they were efficient, professional, incredibly responsive and made us feel like we were in very safe hands.
As an example, in our last sale, we needed to move out before completion as we were relocating. However, before the new owners moved in, the garage roof started leaking. We were 200 miles away, during lockdown, with no easy way to sort things out; Jeffries sourced a roofing specialist, got a quote, helped us to agree a way forward with the buyer, and we were able to complete on time.
Our only regret is that now we've moved away, we won't be able to use them if we ever need to sell again!

A huge THANKYOU for the courteous and professional service we received in the purchase of our property. We were extremely impressed with every level of the process, from the initial viewings to the final outcome.
Our first viewings were carried out with Jack, a young man who was a credit to your company. He was polite, knowledgeable and very professional in his dealings with us. He was also instrumental in our finding the house we finally bought by informing us of it on wet Wednesday evening when we thought we would never find anything!!
We were also extremely grateful for the support and guidance given by Rob Lovell who helped us through a protracted process with sage and measured advice.
Finally we must mention Nikki Keenan whose help, advice and efficient service was superb. Her sympathetic manner and willingness to answer our many questions was much appreciated.
All in all an excellent experience which, given the bad press your profession sometimes receives, makes your company standout in the crowd!
