Do not use this these estate agents. I had a tenant in my property that they rented out for me. They didn’t do their checks properly, they say they use a third-party for the checks so please be very carefull it cost me over £10,000 to evict the tenant and they still wanted to charge me the fee every month for looking after the property when the tenant wasn’t even paying. Not a professional company, use someone else.... Read more
