Poor communication with these people, always had to chase even for the most minor information. Constant emails being ignored and phone calls not being returned. Moving house is a stressful enough experience without your estate agent letting you down on top of it. Not a happy experience.... Read more

Did not return our deposit, we agreed dilapidations with landlord on 7th August but still have not received it. I am told the deposit is held "off shore" and will take another 3-5 days to clear into our bank account. Other than that some of the staff are nice enough to deal with, but overall the agent has been completely useless in assisting us, we also know our landlord was complete dissatisfied with their performance.
