The sale was smooth and Paul and Victoria guided us through the experience with confidence and expertise. They were on the ball and proactive at all times and always available to me on the phone. I would not hesitate to recommend the team at Hamptons Esher.
17th Dec 2025 (13 weeks ago)We are so glad we chose the Knight Frank team in Cobham to sell our house! Dan Miller was outstanding managing a tight timeline. He was communicative, proactive and highly professional, liaising closely with the buyers and all parties, to ensure everyone was aligned and working towards an agreed tight completion date, that was achieved before Christmas! Dan really made a difference in making this happen. Dans knowledge of the local market and ability to deal with any tricky situation gave us a lot of confidence. His calm and considered approach, in particular, made what can often be a stressful process feel easy and reassuring from start to finish.

His communication was great, especially when exchange became drawn out. Excellent service and even met me at the new house with the keys on completion. Would thoroughly recommend and will definitely use again ??????

5th Apr 2025 (11 mo. ago)Could not have done it any better- 10th Jan 2026 (10 weeks ago)We’ve owned in Cobham most of the last 32 years, and whilst we’ve had spells overseas, Cobham, and our cottage, have been home for a long time. So deciding to sell was a really big step. There are a number of good well established Agents on the high street, but what really distinguished Curchods was their commitment to follow through on what they said; their understanding of the market; and having decided to sell ‘off market’ they really did have the contacts and network of buyer interest to be able to make the sale happen. Curchods have been in Cobham a long time, they were patient, understanding, and very professional…and Jemima Hogg particularly was super supportive and worked hard for us (and the buyer) to keep the sale moving to Completion. We’ve closed a chapter, and there’s much we’ll miss about Cobham, but we move on with great memories, and truly grateful to Curchods for making the whole selling process a smooth one. Thankyou.

The entire house-buying process was handled incredibly quickly and efficiently, which made what can often be a stressful time feel smooth and straightforward.<br><br>They were always responsive and took the time to answer all of my questions thoroughly, no matter how big or small. I really appreciated how clear and transparent they were at every stage, keeping me updated and ensuring I understood exactly what was happening. I definetly will recommend this firm !

12th Mar 2026 (6 days ago)I would like to thank Justine Davies of the Weybridge branch for her recent considerable help, professionalism, and courtesy at all times during a recent viewing. I was most impressed! I very much wanted to visit a delightful small house in the Weybridge (Oatlands) area which was of considerable interest to me even though I had only just put my own current property onto the market for sale. Justine attended promptly at the property and showed me everything about the property in detail, pointing out it's many very good points which were fairly considerable, then patiently explaining that it would be typically advantageous if my own property were already under offer in order to indicate to the vendors that I was in a realistic position to pursue the purchase of this property, given the vendor required as early a sale as was reasonable. I very much liked this property, and I duly submitted my formal offer for the property on the clear understanding and realistic advice from Justine that other offers may come in for this Weybridge property, but my offer would be held as pending until such time as the vendor accepts the most suitable offer, bearing in mind my own flat was not yet under offer itself. This advice was clearly realistic and therefore valuable to me for my learning curve in purchasing a property which I had not done during the last 13 years. In the event, the property I liked so much had just very recently received another offer which had been accepted by the vendor, but Justine had the decency and courtesy to tactfully keep me informed and let me know that this property was unfortunately no longer available for sale. I very much appreciated her very prompt and essential update. Justine also immediately advised me that details of other (hopefully suitable) properties will be sent to me when they become available, and very hopefully I will have an offer on my current property in the foreseeable future. 28th Feb 2026 (18 days ago)Our buying experience through WPR was easy and largely stress free. Initially, my wife and I dealt with John McConkey, and then Susy Brooks as our purchase progressed. Throughout the whole buying process WPR were very professional while maintaining a friendly, flexible & approachable manner. Their communication is on point - fast and honest, and we were always kept up to date without having to chase for answers. On the few occasions we visited the (Alton) branch in person the atmosphere was relaxed, organised and everyone knew who we were, why we were there and who we were there to see without us having to explain. We would definitely recommend WPR to anyone thinking of buying or selling. They're on it.

I have also used them for property sales as well as letting and this experience is consistent across the offerings. They managed our rental for 11 years extremely efficiently, collecting rent, ensuring property was maintained and guiding us through new tenancies and rent increases. Then they handled the sale of the property, keeping us well informed throughout the process. Extremely proactive and productive, and speedy to react to enquiries. We can thoroughly recommend this company.
4th Mar 2026 (14 days ago)Very disappointing experience. I had an appointment booked to view a shop and had to take time off work to attend. I drove 45 minutes to the location, but when I arrived there was no one there to meet me or open the property, I contacted the office, only to be told that they had forgotten about the appointment and asked me to rearrange for another day. This was a complete waste of my time and very unprofessional. I hope they improve their communication and organisation so this doesn’t happen to others.

Jamie supported us during the early stages of our purchase and was incredibly helpful throughout. He was always responsive, reassuring, and took the time to guide us through the process, which made a big difference at what can be quite a stressful time. Clare helped us during the later stages and did a great job coordinating communication with the sellers and keeping the process moving. She was proactive in following up on both sides and clearly worked hard to help progress things as smoothly as possible. Overall, we really appreciated their professionalism, responsiveness, and support during the purchase. Thank you both for helping us get over the line!
