I'm not someone who often leaves Google reviews, but my experience with Victoria was so exceptional that I felt it deserved one. We genuinely couldn't be happier with the service she provided in helping us find our perfect home in Cobham, which we're moving into next week. What really stood out was how proactive Victoria was throughout our search. We were registered with several estate agents, yet she was the only one who consistently sent us properties she genuinely thought would suit us, using WhatsApp, which was our preferred way of communicating. That level of initiative made all the difference and, ultimately, is exactly why we ended up buying a property through her. It's a great example of how proactive, thoughtful service really does pay off. We'd previously had some less-than-great experiences with others at Knight Frank, so Victoria was a breath of fresh air. Although she's actually based in the Esher office rather than Cobham, nothing was ever too much trouble. She was always available when we needed her and incredibly responsive throughout the process. Her negotiation skills during the purchase were particularly impressive. She navigated discussions between the seller, solicitors and the inevitable timescale challenges with professionalism and determination, always finding practical solutions to keep things moving. Even when obstacles arose, she remained calm, patient and relentlessly focused on getting the transaction over the line, making what could have been a very stressful process feel remarkably straightforward. They were professional and empathetic throughout, treating the sale not simply as a transaction, but with genuine care and understanding. Lewis signed us up and gave us confidence from the outset. Katie was wonderful intuitive, professional and genuinely enthusiastic about our home. She seemed to instinctively understand what made it special and carried out viewings with warmth and enthusiasm, always looking for the right people rather than simply a buyer.
