Can't thank Keenans enough and in particular Debbie. We saw a house on the Wednesday and picked up the keys one week later! Debbie was quick to respond to questions and worked with the landlord to ensure a quick handover and move in.

We found Keenans to be very professional and helpful from the start. Rick, Dave and Johnathon helped to value the property, take great pictures, produce a lovely brochure and get the property on the market in a very short time.
This helped to get the property under offer within 48 hours of the first viewing, allowing us to proceed with the purchase we wanted.
Katie went above and beyond and was excellent at keeping in touch even if just to say nothing had changed.
Would use Keenans again ( if we were moving again ???? ) and recommend to others.

First time buyer wishing I didn’t trust Keenan’s. They pretend they have several higher offers to strong arm you into offering more. Lie about access to the property so you can’t have professionals check for rising damp ect. Then threaten to put the house back on the market if you don’t agree with the terms. House ended up needed 20k worth of additional repairs. All round dishonest and only interested in the sale. They’re rude and evasive. Beware
