8th Jul 2023 (3 years ago)Proctors are very nice nice and friendly to deal with. However, my only criticism is that the photos of my flat were not professionally done. I have today seen a £1,600,000 house advertised by Proctors and the photos are in a totally different class. Admittedly when it was first listed I had not done away with lots of furniture etc and it now looks much better, however, I didn't find the photos good enough and my family and friends agree on this. As most agents use professional photographers I find this was a mistake on their part. But please do not mention my name to them. But they do know this area and my building so that is in favour of them.

11th Apr 2025 (1 year ago)Our property was valued too high and went out to their database too high even though we questioned it. When it went online it was missing filters, so wasn’t pulling through with garden (which wasn’t spotted for 3 weeks) and went on as a terrace not a semi-detached. Both detrimental to getting the right viewings. Selling points about our property didn’t seem to be passed on to the people showing the property, and it was not always the same person viewing. I sent a pdf over so that agents could use this to sell the property (off my own back) with information like - new boiler & boiler location, new flooring etc.. it was never used (I was waiting outside for the last viewing we did with them and was asked where the boiler was! lol) Once the wrong key was brought so they couldn’t get in.- 15th Oct 2026 (12 days ago)Outstanding Estate agents, professional and helpful from the outset. Constant communication through out the process, and responded to every query extremely promptly. Would 100% recommend if you want a professional service.

2nd Jan 2026 (9 mo. ago)Enquired 3/11/25 about a rental property at Albany Ct., Bromley Rd., Shortlands that had caught my eye on Rightmove. Instead of being able to speak directly to a human being at their office I was sent an online form via SMS to complete(!). So I duly filled in the form and submitted, fully expecting somebody to have the courtesy to respond. Nobody ever did. Chased it up via a ‘phone call their Southborough Lane, Bromley office 9 days later where I left my details and nature of enquiry to be passed on. Again, nobody ever got back to me. Just the other week I noticed that the property has since been let. Questionable customer ethos and strikes me as a strange way to run a business if they are going to simply ignore prospective tenants?

They were always approachable, kept us updated, chased things when needed, and were proactive in helping to overcome the many challenges we faced. Nothing ever seemed too much trouble, and their dedication and persistence played a huge part in getting the purchase over the line.<br><br>Buying a property can be stressful, but having a team that genuinely cares and works tirelessly on your behalf makes all the difference. She was always happy to assist, kept me updated and consistently got in touch whenever a suitable property became available. I really appreciated her help and time taken to assist me.

22nd Jan 2025 (1 year ago)Awful! We put our property on the market, they came round and took photos on an "iPhone, we were expecting a professional photographer. Some were so bad we retook them ourselves. The write-up was no better, we had to reword and add details to it. We weren't asked to complete the money laundering check, which is unlawful. We had one viewing, we were expecting Martin, but his wife turned up saying he had fallen out of bed and couldn't do it???? She was clueless regarding our property and very unprofessional. He forgot conversations, didn't respond to text/answerphone messages and lied to me about being away. He works from home and has one employee, plus his wife. It's noticeable they only have three/four properties on their books at the moment. Avoid

Although we had a very long buying process (due to issues with the length of lease, and share of freehold ownership - which were down to the seller) Lewis was always on the other side of the phone, and worked his socks off to get the deal done. I really felt that he went above and beyond what most estate agents would be willing to do. Very human, very responsive and working with Lewis made the transaction much more pleasant. Would highly recommend their services.

Unlike other estate agents who gave inflated valuations just to win our business, Kevin provided an honest, realistic appraisal. He was incredibly upfront about the current poor market conditions, choosing integrity over a quick pitch.<br><br>His market knowledge is truly outstanding, and the boutique, one-on-one service he provides makes a massive difference. You never feel like just another number. Kevin is the only estate agent I would instruct, and I cannot thank him enough for his professionalism and honesty.

We were recommended BR by a friend, and from the very beginning Chris (and later Aidan) were an absolute breath of fresh air. Professional, personable, proactive and, importantly, realistic from the get-go.<br><br>We sold relatively quickly, but the sale itself became particularly stressful, and throughout the whole process both Chris and Aidan were incredibly supportive and always on hand when I needed them. They genuinely went above and beyond and made a difficult process that little bit easier.<br><br>I’m so glad we chose BR to sell our home and I honestly cannot recommend Chris and Aidan highly enough. If you’re looking for an estate agent who actually cares about their clients and the outcome, look no further!
