I decided to put my 2 bedroom flat on the market and thought it better that I use what I believes to be the biggest estate agent in South East London after all I would see their for sale signs everywhere, and read all the positive feed back from customers. The day after I put the flat on the market viewers were booked and I had to say no as I was doing a clear out and the place was a mess. I thought I would have a week or a few days to make my flat presentable. I should have made the place as I wanted it to look before I put my home on the market.
Tate was great from start to finish. Lots of issues came up for this reason or that reason but Tate was always so positive. She helped a lot and she was always chasing up the solicitor for me.
I am super pleases with the whole team. Has plenty of viewing and offers and could sell my home at the price I wanted which was a bit higher than that which suggested.
I highly recommend KFH. Thanks to everyone there. Pleased I have now a new home after 32 years.

KFH Forest Hill have been excellent to deal with all the way through the process - I had a less positive experience with another agent, so this was very refreshing and reassuring for me. I’d like to give a special shout out to Taylor who was my key contact from my first viewings to where I am now - he is friendly, responsive and always helping things along in a polite and courteous way, so the process can be as smooth as possible for all involved. We used KFH to sell our property. Tate and the team kept us informed throughout the process and arranged a large number of viewings. It took longer than expected to sell the property but this is no reflection on the team. We never felt that we were being sidelined in favour of newer properties. I have dropped a star from the score as we feel our property was initially over-valued. We had to lower the price on 2 occasions before securing a sale. The initial valuation from KFH was above the values given by other agents.

He then took out credit in my name which resulted in CCJ's threatened against my name. When reported to KFH they did nothing, and were actually very rude and told me it was not their problem. Do not use them.

We met with Kevin and worked towards finding the best property together. I felt very well-informed and taken care of throughout the entire process. Viewing a variety of properties and, when asked, gave us insight into what the Landlords would want from an offer and what their other agreements have looked like previously, which gave us an amazing understanding of how we should curate our offer.
Helping us with technical difficulties to ensure all the paperwork was done, I felt very supported throughout the entire process. They never tried to get one over on us, and we are now very happy with our new property. We are just awaiting the inventory report.

We had a chance to work with Samantha who assisted us with finding and renting a new house back in July. She was always professional, friendly and very helpful. She answered all our questions, kept us informed and was an instrumental link between us and our new landlord. Renting with her was smooth and easy. KFH have an online portal where you can see all the information and documents related to the property and also report maintenance issues at the properties managed by them. Highly recommended!
However, one star down for property management. The house is managed by KFH and some minor repairs needed to be done upon moving in. The progress is very slow and although the works have been agreed by the landlord over 3 weeks ago, they are not even booked yet. There seems to be a lack of communication at some level between the property management team/contractors. I do believe this will be resolved soon.

Relocating to the UK from my home on the Costa del Sol had been extremely stressful. Being a single woman, I wanted to be close to my family who live in Forest Hill after not living in the UK permanently for many years. I had also been looking in the Crystal Palace, SE/SW London areas with no joy. When I met Paul Johnson after phoning KFH, I had seen about 15 properties. I was able to communicate with Paul easily and after showing me a couple of properties he immediately had an idea of what I was looking for and told me about a property that had just come onto the market that he felt might be perfect for me. He showed me photos and I got excited, but I had to wait a few days before I could see it. Paul arranged for me to be the first person to view the spacious 2 bed flat that was within my budget. The photos didn´t lie. There were 15 other people also eager to view it. Paul guided me through the offer stage and arranged for me to meet the landlords via a FaceTime video call. Being a homeowner myself I know how important it is to have the right tenants in your property and for the tenant to have a good relationship with the landlord. I am very happy to say that the virtual FaceTime meeting went very well and my offer was accepted. Paul´s kind, warm personality, quick thinking and easy going professional manner was totally instrumental in me securing my new home. I sold my flat through KFH, completing in November 2019 and whilst I am grateful to them for finding a buyer in a difficult market I found the entire experience much more stressful than it needed to be due to their lack of service.
I initially listed with them in Aug 2018 and we received an offer quickly. However, through no fault of KFH the offer fell through. My agent then lost interest and delegated my sale to the newer members of the team.
I contacted KFH in Jan 2019 to complain that I had not heard anything for a month, and to discuss whether they thought the price needed to be adjusted based on the market. I was first told I was wrong as at the very least they contacted all vendors with their Christmas hours, and then they conceded that they had failed to contact me as there had been a disagreement on whose responsibility it was. They also did not offer me any proactive feedback on the price or give me their opinion on the market until I insisted - I would expect this feedback to be a core part of their service to vendors.
In Spring 2019 I gave notice to KFH based on the poor level of communication but received an offer 2 days before it expired.
A few months into this sale I was asked to supply exchange dates but then was told my purchaser had a small delay their side which should take a month to arrange. 6 weeks later I had to ask what the progress was (as I was planning my own move) and was told it had stalled with no idea how long it would take to fix. No-one at KFH deemed it important news to pass on. This was typical until I finally exchanged - no updates even when there were delays unless I, or the agent I was buying through, contacted them.

Constantly showed people round who weren’t interested as they didn’t fit the criteria, simply to hit their viewings targets. Genuinely feel like I lost out on ££££’s as a result of going with them in the first place. Only slight positive is that the people themselves are nice enough and I was met with politeness, even when I told them I was going elsewhere. In my experience it really paid to go with a local agent, I’d urge anyone selling in Forest Hill to do the same.

Had a very mixed experience with KFH. Whilst they sold our flat relatively quickly and were always professional I didn’t feel like the agent predominantly dealing with our sale was personable or always kept us in the loop.
Unfortunately I received more information about the sale from the other agents in chain and from my own research and never even received a call or email from the agent about completing our sale.

The are very deceiving and commission driven which compromises their service.
