What they had to deal with was possibly the most stressful Sale and Exchange process, something they could have never envisaged. I am pleased to say that we have just completed the sale of our property through KFH. I must admit that at the start to being reluctant to use an estate agent – I thought them expensive and of limited value. KFH appointed Laura Maikovaite to handle my case and she then demonstrated a level of service that stood in marked contrast to my initial expectations.
Laura added value on a whole series of different levels: local knowledge of the market; price; buyer related issues; chain related issues; lawyers and their issues; surveyors ; negotiation with the buyers; keeping our chain together. To summarise, she put us in a position to make an informed decision during a very difficult process.
Laura managed to do this in an efficient manner, often showing considerable anticipation whilst problem solving. It was a superb performance requiring professionalism, dedication and considerable energy levels.

We've been here so many times, and it used to be our first choice where to ski. But it changed on January 6th, when we brought friend in, we had a bad experience.
My friend did purchase her beginner package, which supposed to include a novice friendly lesson. However, a female instructor who was teaching my friend was very rude, she was very impatient and said "you are stupid" to my friend, it ruined her whole experience of skiing. Our friend cry after we finished the whole day, we all felt disappointed and mad on it.
I hope they can reflect on and rectify this problem, otherwise we will not suggest any more people to come here to ski, especially beginners!!

Mount St. Louis is an awesome place to go skiing, but unfortunately last Friday a few of us visit this place and bought a beginner package for one of my first time skier friend which includes a beginner lesson. During the lesson, the instructor had called my friend “you are stupid”.
This is not only rude, but beyond that the instructor had ruin someone’s day, not everyone is awesome at skiing in their first day, we ask the management team can get this issue resolved to prevent further emotional damage to future customers.

Love this place. I wasn't able to snowboard before, so I took a snowboarding lesson here and now I can snowboard. The instructor was super friendly and patient with me, and I'm glad she was because it gave me more confidence and I was able to relax and not be so tense.

I feel very angry with this place, I even don't want to give any star to this place! At January 6th, 2023 5:00pm, my friend purchased the beginner package and take that one hour lesson that included with the package. This is the first time she learn ski, but the instructor said "you are stupid" to her! I am very mad of this, here is used to my favorite place, but not anymore. I won't suggest anyone to this place!

Bought a silver pass this year and a bronze pass last year, so I definitely like Mount St. Louis. It’s a little over an hour drive from where I live but it’s worth the trek over some of the closer hills to Toronto. It’s also a lot closer than Blue Mountain.
Can get pretty hectic on holidays and weekends but typically clears out by night time (4PM).
Absolutely recommend!

Was an excellent experience for what it was; a cheaper, localish ski hill for a quick Christmas getaway. Slightly smaller than Blue Mountain, we found it very suitable for novice skiers. The arrangements of slopes and lifts was such that we could keep the family together on lifts, while going our own ways on runs. None of us are experts, but all other levels managed to keep themselves entertained.
Lifts were busy just after Christmas, and some line wranglers were on point, while others just let the chaos ensue. Either way, wasn't a huge problem.
Rentals went smoothly, but there were no lockers for personal items. People just stowed them on shelves in the open. Perhaps an indication of the vibe of the place.

Would give a 4.5 star for the snow condition. It has the best snow among all the resorts nearby Toronto. Did really good job on customer service. i visited when a system collapse happpend, the customer representative was really nice and patient to explain the situation, ask for understanding and came out with solution (disposable ticket) quickly. Originally started coming to Mt St Louis for high school ski trips and now coming as a family. The facilities are more or less in the same (ie caf is the same state, bathrooms haven’t been updated). The Mt St Louis parking was full by quarter to 10 and there was no signage leading up to the lot to indicate it’s full which meant a lots of cars doing 3 point turns to go back to the Moonstone lot. A sign to say parking at x lot is full would be helpful. The lines for the lifts get quite long. The bathroom could also use some accessibility features like a lower sink or a stool for kids to be able to wash their hands properly and access the soap. Lunch was meh. Costco food court serves a better hot dog for a fraction of the price.

It is a good place for skiing or snowboarding The only suggestion is that I hope the restaurant can offer more diverse Asian food, because most of the customers of the ski resort are Asian. (I would guess about 60 percent) just want to eat something hot after skiing, soup, like pho, noodle soup. There is only one kind of noodle soup to choose from, and the rest are hot dogs and chips pizza, which is really too much to eat!

Went on a holiday Snowboarding it was packed but nobody’s to blame. The slopes were great so many options from Easy to Hard. The restaurant was very busy at the time, had to lined up for more than 30min., I would recommend to bring your own food if you dont mind waiting in line.

The mountain itself is nice, but the staff were rather unfriendly. We were trying to find a spot to park, but he just told us to keep moving on and stop blocking the traffic. Many of the other staff members had a similar attitude. The 5 regular parking lots were full, so we all went to the Moonstone parking lot. It was very difficult to find a parking spot, and it took us (and many others driving around) more than half and hour to find a spot to park (ended up beside a snow bank). The lifts were also rather disorganized, and it was very unclear who we were supposed to ride the lift with. At the last second, whoever was beside you would ride the lift with you. Even if the staff gave you another group to join on the ski lift, often times they would not be the people you ended up with. The park itself was nice though. They had Christmas-themed lights at night, and the snow was nice. The staff was the only issue.

The intention is to help the resort improve. They need to hire certified or experienced coach for the private lessons. Just took an hour private lesson. My lesson started 5 minutes late and finished 10 minutes earlier. without my complaining, I would have started even later. My instructor wasn’t even aware of the existence of an express ski lift line for snow school. He was trying to teach me carving but he was still learning it and not having much experience teaching in the meantime. I basically learned nothing for 150 dollars. YouTube maybe a better source to learn.

The lift tickets prices are more than Blue Mountain; and you have half the number and variety of runs. Excellent for novice and low end intermediate. Anyone above those levels will be seriously disappointed. Nice straight fall lines, so again perfect for less experienced skiers. Always has good grooming, and with good snow coverage. And great lifts, so not big lineups. But way overpriced IMO for a basic hill with no amenities. This place used to be good value and price. Not any more.

First off, the staff is great! I took ski lesson and my instructor was amazing hands down!!!
However, the resort itself is pretty bad! 1. The lines were so large on 26th that I could only ski down the hill 3 times in two hours. They overbooked! They wanted to get as much money as possible, but the experience was awful. It was taking me longer to wait in line than skiing down. I will never go back to this resort.
2. They don’t issue refunds even if you break a bone and try to cancel 48 hrs before the visit. How shameful is that? That’s not the way to keep your clients
Overall, it was a last time I came to this resort. Never again will I take a trip there.

What a nightmare experience! First trying to buy tickets online to save money, it didn't work so we went and paid a full price. Now about skiing: the hill is overcrowded, lines are poorly managed, snow is not groomed prior to night skiing, so icy bumps everywhere. I am yet to see worse managed ski mountain.

It is my first time to visit this place with three friends. Staffs are very friendly and helpful. Had lots of fun there. Realized the new gates have bars without having someone checking the tickets. A little bit pricy for lift but I think that worthwhile. Nice, clean and spacy cafeteria on ground floor, and even nicer on second floor dinning area. Food at second floor dinning area has typical manu, nothing fancy but good for someone just finished skiing. Not many options regarding the souvenirs for friends outside Canada, but I was lucky enough to find found ones for them. Overall, we had very good time there.

I recently visited Mount St. Louis Moonstone ski resort and was blown away by the wide range of ski runs they had to offer. From beginner slopes to more advanced runs, there was something for every skill level. The staff were all extremely friendly and helpful, making the experience even better.
One of the things that really stood out to me was the number of lifts and paths they had available. It made getting around the resort so much easier and more efficient.
The chalet was warm and cozy, the perfect place to take a break from the cold and relax. The restaurant had a lot of delicious food options, and it was open late, so we were able to ski until 9 PM and still grab a bite to eat.
The resort is also off the highway and very convenient to get to from Toronto.
Overall, I had an amazing experience at Mount St. Louis Moonstone ski resort and would highly recommend it to anyone looking for a fantastic ski vacation. The staff, facilities, and overall atmosphere were top-notch, and I can't wait to go back again in the future.

KFH met with us almost two years ago when the property which was owned by our Mother became vacant. Unfortunately due to various legal requirements relating to the property and transfer of ownership it took almost two years for the sale to be completed.

Charlene was involved from the beginning, dealing with the valuation of our property and continued to oversee the whole process. I had all the high street agents in to value my property, too be honest I was starting to lose the will to live until I met Charlene the manager of KFH West Wickham, what a breath of fresh air, so instructed Charlene, and straight away was called by the sales staff Laua and the superstar Vanessa, they both came round so they knew what they was selling, 9 days later, offer accepted over the asking price, Vanessa dealt with the progression of the sale, and at all times she was professional, delivered excellent customer care and a real genuine desire to work for her client (me).

I just wanted to send you an email about a recent experience we have had with one of your branches.
We are relocating from south east London to Stratford-Upon-Avon and as such we have a lot of logistical issues with jobs, schools etc. We were previously on the market with another agent who mishandled us and the sale they put together. This led to the sale falling apart and us looking elsewhere and where your West Wickham branch stepped in.
Lindsey, the branch manager, had previously been on a valuation with us and with her gentle reminders and follow ups from Vanessa, a negotiator, we switched over to your firm.
To put some additional context around this I was an estate agent in a previous life for a few companies locally and have seen and experienced good and bad in the industry. With our previous agent I lost confidence and respect for the branch, this led to a loss of trust and the relationship was finished.
However right from the start we completely trusted the West Wickham team. They were honest, open, managed my expectations and if I’m honest I was that needy vendor.
They sold the house in about 4 days which is amazing however this is where they really started to show how good they are. The chain was complex and there were some incompetent Solicitors, agents and a housing association at the bottom. Between Vanessa and Lindsey they were amazing. They not only acted as our agent but they pretty much ran the whole chain. Not only that but they kept me in the loop constantly. Never once did I feel out of the loop and I felt that your team were fighting for me and sale. They made us feel completely at ease and went way above and beyond.
Small things made a massive difference such as calling my wife just to see how she was coping when the pressure started getting on top. They came across as not just our agents but as people who really cared about us and our relocation.

5 stars is an understatement. Words simply cannot describe the level of service and work ethic demonstrated by the team in KFH's West Wickham branch, most notably by Vanessa and Lindsey as they are who my wife and I dealt with the most.
It was our first experience of purchasing a property, which is a daunting prospect as it is, where we realised how special Vanessa is. We had an offer accepted on a property and the sale was rocky as it was as the seller was selling from abroad. During this time Vanessa was extremely helpful in chasing the seller and ensuring all possible hold ups were at a minimum. The property then got repossessed which is where the service element truly shone. Vanessa and Lindsey did everything they can to ensure we had the best possible chance to still acquire the property, making numerous calls on out behalf and putting in good words with all the important people.
Cut a long story short, 7 months later my wife and I have finally exchanged and there is no way in the this world would this have been achievable if it weren't for the tireless work that Vanessa and Lindsey did behind the scenes.
I could not speak highly enough of both you, and the entire branch for that matter, for you efficient, friendly and determined approach.

When I found the house that I wanted to view, I saw that the estate agent was with KFH. A friend of mine had used KFH years ago and said that they would never use their services again as they had a bad experience with them. So I was very sceptical about using their services. Well, how wrong could I have been! Vanessa Spencer at West Wickham, has restored my faith in these agents. She was there every step of the way with me. She made everything so easy for me, kept me informed of every detail. It's as if she was me, living the headache of house buying, feeling the same pain and all the ups and downs that goes with it. Vanessa was acting for the top of our moving chain. We only became in contact this week due to so many problems with my buyers solicitor. We came to KFH after being on the market for 4 months with another agent with little success. The results were instantaneous with viewings organised immediately and an offer exactly 7 days later. I'm unable to fault the service from KFH West Wickham. I e-mailed several agent regarding the property sale, they were the first to come back within 24 hours and the sales agent, Laura Maikovaite, arranged to meet me at the property within a day or so. Clear contract and upfront inclusive fees, personal contact with a named person (and named alternate if she was away) and absolutely minimal hassle from my viewpoint. Laura handled everything from viewing to liaising with both sets of solicitors, fixed the Energy Performance inspection and kept me completely in the loop,
I know some on-line services are cheaper, but the quality of service and the way all hassle was minimised was well worth the extra.
I would recommend KFH West Wickham to anyone.

Many people are uncomfortable to leave a negative review with their names, however, our experience was so dreadful with this unprofessional agency that we would like to share it with others. The property we've recently bought was solely marketed by this agency so we didn't have a choice but to try and work with them. However, the whole office is unbelievably incompetent. First of all, your private details are handled carelessly resulting in us gaining regular access to their other clients' private data (both vendors and buyers) both via e-mail and postal letters. Think carelessly copied in e-mails from other clients, postal letters addressed to other clients attached to ours in the same envelope. Once could be a mistake but this happening numerous times via both methods raises serious concerns.
Second, as we already had our mortgage sorted and our chain was very short and all freehold we requested the exchange date to be within 9 weeks from acceptance of offer (this is a perfectly acceptable amount of time) so we could avoid paying another 2.5 months of rental fee unnecessarily. Vanessa claimed that our request is impossible and set up the exchange date 10 weeks after the offer got accepted. Ironically, about 10 days before their chosen exchange date they started to harass us to exchange asap as everyone in the chain was apparently ready to sign immediately. When we refused to bring the dates ahead due to them being ignorant about our needs earlier we've been put under incredible and completely unnecessary pressure with their constant calls, e-mails (even to our solicitor to convince us!!) pushy attitude and agressive tactics. To the point, that I had to switch phone numbers for a week to avoid repeating ourselves the 10th time about our refusal of a last minute change of the date that they forced on us in the first place. And to the point that we got very close to pulling out of the whole purchase just to get rid of this horrible agency. No doubt, had we found another suitable property at that point we would have pulled out without thinking twice.
Thirdly, despite all the stress they caused to try and bring the exchange date earlier last minute "due to everyone was ready", guess what.. on the named exchange day the exchange had to be cancelled due to the rest of the chain not even being ready with their paperwork. It's a wonder that the purchase actually happened in the end.

I used KFH West Wickham first for a valuation of my father's property when he passed away, and later to sell the property. From the first meeting to the completion they were nice to deal with, pro-active, extremely good at keeping me in the loop with developments. I deal with plenty of estate agents in my work life (removals/house clearances) and competence levels can be seriously questionable, but KFH WW were an example of how they all should be - absolutely on the ball throughout the process.
Perhaps not as cheap as some, particularly these new "do it all yourself" estate agents, but frankly for taking the stress out of the process, particularly at the stressful time after the loss of my father, they were worth every penny. Plus I have a distinct feeling that they got more for the property than other agents would have, which probably paid for the difference anyway!
In summary - excellent. Would happily recommend to anyone.

Hardworking, small friendly team at KFH West Wickham. I find the team at this branch extremely professional. Laura at KFH worked hard to help me find my current house. Given the market at the time of my purchase was moving very fast it helped that the branch were smart and quick and contacted me as soon as any new suitable properties came onto the market. The branch always kept me up-to-date and fully in the loop at all times with regards to solicitors, timing and exchange of contracts etc which was very helpful

We had our house up for sale previously with another local estate agent with very little interest being shown .We then instructed Kinleigh Folkard to sell our house .They were fantastic from the start, we had an offer within weeks of it going on the market .We had just lost a bungalow and were finding it difficult to find the right property for our needs. Laura contacted us and told us about a property that would be perfect for us. We viewed it the same day ,with an offer going in immediately .We have been in a year and is perfect for us.
KFH were fantastic, overseeing the sale and purchase of both properties .Very professional ,efficient friendly team. Particular thanks to Laura and Lindsey that worked very hard to secure the purchase of our new home.
