I was not a client of Langford Russell but I bought a house from someone who had engaged them. There were the usual issues as the transaction progressed (such as negotiation over fixtures and fittings) which Steve and Lukass dealt with swiftly and professionally. There were also some unexpected issues, mainly with my conveyancers. Steve and Lukass took this in their stride. They were proactive, pushing the legal teams for updates and suggesting dates for exchange and completion. When the time comes for me to sell the house (which won't be any time soon!), I'll remember Langford Russell. I just hope Steve and Lukass are still there - thanks, guys!

I'd definitely recommend Langford Russell at West Wickham. Lukass and his team from the very start, demonstrated real energy, proactive communications and really good advice on a marketing strategy. They got plenty of serious buyers through the door within days of formal marketing and a number of good offers. The following process, with a long chain was tricky, but Lukass and his team managed it extremely well, with some amazing focus in the days before exchange. A particular strength of Lukass' team is that everyone knows what's going on, so if one of the team is out, another will pick it up seamlessly.

The team at this branch are incredible. I dealt with Rob and Michelle from the word go and they have been utterly brilliant throughout. Just by way of background, I am a middle-aged guy and have had my fair share of disappointments with estate agents over the years. I had learnt to be very suspicious and not to expect much at all for the £££ commission I was forced to pay. So, this time, I actually interviewed six different estate agents to see which might be the one. The one I actually chose turned out to be appalling (I won't say which firm). I was at my wit's end. So, I thought I'd just try one more. I walked into Langford Russell and met Michelle. I explained that I have been let down and needed help.
From the off, she was efficient, friendly, professional and caring. I had very particular needs to which Michelle was incredibly sensitive. She advised me on what the house needed in terms of making it market-ready and, more importantly, given my very tight budget and time constraints, what I did NOT need to do. A realistic price was set on my house and Rob sold the place after the first viewing day at a good price. What was so refreshing about Rob and Michelle is that there is no flannel, you get a very honest service. The price they set is realistic and means that there is no messing around. Most importantly for me was that their customer service is fantastic. Every email answered promptly, every message left at the office for them returned quickly. This means a lot as selling a house can be such a stressful event. It also has to be said that the both of them also helped move things along, even stepping in to nudge solicitors. They really went over and above what they were contracted to do. I have not come across this before. I wholeheartedly recommend them and the branch in general. It was a 100% positive experience for me. Thank you so much!

He was on the ball and informative through the whole process. He kept us in the loop and updated at all times. He would always give as much notice as possible for any events we needed to be aware of the was understanding if there were any times we could not fulfil these due to other commitments and compromises were always met. He dealt with both sides and ensured that buyer and sellers were fully informed of the other side's progress throughout.

I cannot fault the service that was provided by Josh and his colleagues at Langford Russell’s West Wickham branch. Choice of 3 estate agents for sale of friend's house.
Manager, Lucy, was most impressive one, reasonable expectation of price and best rate of commission.
Friends had also used Langford Russell and had also recommended them.
Although Lucy moved on soon after we put house up for sale, Josh was very communicative and approachable about any issues that arose over the ensuing 6 months while the estate went slowly through probate etc. and the sale went through.
Will definitely recommend them to others.

Without doubt this agent gets a 5 start from me as they went that extra mile to ensure the house sale went though . Ashley was on top of everything and communicated every step early .He facilitated the sale and helped reassure the vendors which was not easy . I feel without him the vendors may have pulled out as we took longer than expected to buy the house .
