Really good experience buying our first home. Will was our main point of contact but all the other staff we dealt with were great. They are proactive, courteous, not pushy (many other agents are - run!) and even though they acted for the seller and we weren’t the client, we felt everything was professional and courteous. From initial call to collection of keys really impressed. They want to get stuff done and make things happen! Cheers!!

AVOID AVOID AVOID!!! I had such a bad experience with this agency with Jason Miller, tried renting a place and this gentleman from the start point gave me and my husband the dirty eye, I disclosed absolutely all the information including CCJ (which was paid) and he called us to doubt all the information, call us liars and mockingly answer each question with the last communication being that he advice the landlords against renting the place, the same information I supplied this joke of an agency I gave to another excellent agency in the area and surprise we got a house within a week while we wait to move in into the house we bought near in the area. I would say stay far away from it, don’t waste your time not energy.

I would recommend, without hesitation Lacy Scott & Knight, Stowmarket. My experience with them has been nothing short of exemplary. I have found them to have been professional, efficient and trustworthy. In fact, I would go further to say they went above and beyond helping me as the seller with aspects of the process that I could not do not being located in the area.
I met three agents in the run up to the sale, all said similar things and fees were broadly the same. In the end it came down to a recommendation and personal service. LSK offered a more pragmatic and realistic approach in respect of the price range.
Every interaction with them has been courteous and professional. In my limited experience properties are reviewed online via the main platforms and I do not think it is relevant how many properties the agent has, rather how they will work with the buyer and seller to make a successful transaction.

I had an extremely disappointing experience with this Estate Agent. From the start, communication was slow, with long delays in responses. When I finally attended a viewing, the agent’s attitude was shockingly poor—rude, blunt, and completely unhelpful. They seemed reluctant to engage in any conversation, offering minimal information and acting as though my presence was an inconvenience.
As someone looking for a place to live, I expect professionalism and at least a basic level of courtesy. Instead, I felt dismissed and unwelcome. If this is how they treat potential tenants/buyers, I dread to think how they handle actual clients. I would strongly advise others to look elsewhere for a more professional and respectful service.

Unfortunately the worst estate agent I have had any kind of dealings with. Asking questions on a property that they been trusted in selling and the answer is - I don't know. Or answer - You can find it out yourself!
I am sorry - you are there because of your customers Harry Storey - you are there to tell me everything about this property - not snapping back saying - Well, then you should offer more!
No - if you don't sell it to me by proving that it is worth more - then NO!
Very poor! Would not deal with this company again!
