Really good experience buying our first home. Will was our main point of contact but all the other staff we dealt with were great. They are proactive, courteous, not pushy (many other agents are - run!) and even though they acted for the seller and we weren’t the client, we felt everything was professional and courteous. From initial call to collection of keys really impressed. They want to get stuff done and make things happen! Cheers!!

AVOID AVOID AVOID!!! I had such a bad experience with this agency with Jason Miller, tried renting a place and this gentleman from the start point gave me and my husband the dirty eye, I disclosed absolutely all the information including CCJ (which was paid) and he called us to doubt all the information, call us liars and mockingly answer each question with the last communication being that he advice the landlords against renting the place, the same information I supplied this joke of an agency I gave to another excellent agency in the area and surprise we got a house within a week while we wait to move in into the house we bought near in the area. I would say stay far away from it, don’t waste your time not energy.

We recently worked with Daniel on the sale of our property and we could not be more impressed with the service we received. From start to finish, his professionalism and care on a personal level was exceptional. Throughout an extended and sometimes challenging sales process, he demonstrated remarkable persistence and was always rooting for us. Even when things seemed to fall apart, he proved to be a lifeline, guiding us through and ensuring we kept moving forward. Highly recommended.

Have been with Lacy Scott for 2 years, coming onto 3. Lettings agents are great and helpful. Daniel is super nice, very professional and funny. Emails are promptly answered & accounts are good too for any questions. I choose maintenance requests through my landlady directly, but any emails are passed on and forwarded so the contractors can contact you for availability. Definitely my best experience with a lettings agent!

Michael Shea did a brilliant job selling my father's property. There were over 20 viewings, each of which were accompanied by Lacy Scott staff, and once a sale was agreed his help was invaluable in making sure everything proceeded smoothly.
